They have tayaiki again

How hard is it to serve soft ice cream? We had to wait for our ice cream when everyone got theirs. Pretty sure the worker was aware what we ordered and still decided to “forget” about it. We had to bring it up to the workers who obviously weren’t paying attention or had any care about making their customers have a valuable experience. All we got was a “my bad.” Teamwork, you can see the environment lacks for there’s little to no communication between the employees. One was listening to music while the other was working both stands at a time. Poor poor service and management.

They claim to have no AC! It’s ridiculous hot and packed with humans.

We have walked in this place twice to try the tanghulu and walked right out. Super dirty, staff yucking it up ignoring customers. Tried to use the self service kiosk but they were not working.

boba was so bad that I stared out the window of the car and sighed. tasted like they added baileys espresso liquor??? pls save your money and go somewhere else lol

This place is a mess! Very dirty all the time. The Line was out the door while teenagers where chatting it up and having the time of their life instead of doing their job and getting orders ready. And not to mention serving the worst drinks possible…

GROSS! don’t know if the milk is expired or WHAT i got royal milk tea and omg why is it sour..?? literally the worst milk tea i’ve ever had..also went in there a few months back & we just got the tanghulu & it was OK but $7…the trash cans in there were overflowing, the tables were dirty and employees were just on their phones and chatting…

not worth it, my friends drink exploded on her because the seal wasn't set properly, our stomachs all hurt after drinking the poorly made drinks. over all the place was messy and customer service was mediocre at best.

Wait was too long - drink orders of the ones after me were made first. Will not give a tip ever

Wish I could give zero rating. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff - a young Asian girl during my visit. Told to strictly put no ice in the drink and she ended up putting it. When asked to remove the ice she said the drink is sealed now and can’t do anything. When asked for a refund she said no refunds are offered here and no manger was there.

I can't see this place staying open much longer. Rood teens running the front desk, out of basic ingredients to make a drink on the menu at 4 pm on a Friday. And the drink you do get is an over priced cup of milk. Seriously, save your hard earned $$ skip this place.

I think they changed owners because this place isn't good anymore. The tables look dirty, and the fish waffles all looked so stale just sitting out, so I ordered a Thai iced tea with boba, and it's the worst boba drink I've ever tasted! It was somehow smoky tasting, not sweet at all, and didn't taste anything like Thai Iced Tea. I'm never coming back here.
