Wonderful evening celebrating my daughter's birthday! Service was exceptional, food was delicious, topped off with some wonderful dessert treats - the panna cotta was amazing! Highly recommend!!

Always a great experience at Doppio Zero. Had great food and great time. It's excellent for families with kids. The gnocchi and ravioli are the best. Thank you for another great dinner.

We made reservations at 3:00 on a Saturday and sat on the patio. The patio wasn't crowded and it was a beautiful day. Service was excellent! Our waiter was attentive, friendly and offered suggestions for what to order. Two of us had the margarita pizza and really enjoyed it. One person had the bisecca (ribeye) and said it was good. We had carpaccio and truffle fries for appetizers. My favorite dessert there is the limoncello cake and it didn't disappoint. It is a charming restaurant and a nice place to go for a date or to celebrate a birthday.

Opentable Diner

The staff did an amazing job at taking the time to accommodate us inside with a large party. Thank you.

We recently dined at this restaurant to celebrate my sister's birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. Our servers were not polite and even went as far as correcting how we pronounced every Italian dish, which came across as rude rather than helpful. Drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive—long after we had already finished our appetizers, which made no sense. The food itself was decent, but for the price we paid, the service was unacceptable. There were only two servers on the floor, and both attended to our table without any clear communication, making the experience confusing. No one properly introduced themselves or welcomed us, which is something you'd expect from a restaurant at this level. Despite celebrating a special occasion, there was no acknowledgment, no offer of dessert, and no gesture to make the evening feel special. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for dessert. To make matters worse, the manager was present on the floor but never checked on us. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we won't be returning.

Such an amazing place! First time visit to this Doppio situated in an upscale strip-mall type of setting in Concord.

The seating and check-in was fairly fast and our hostess was super nice. Within minutes, we placed our order and within minutes the fresh food arrived. Each item was delish, fresh, and tasty.

I highly recommend Doppio Zero for a very good italian meal!

A+++

We grabbed a reservation on a typical busy Sat night at the Veranda. We were seated early and the staff were all very nice. We ordered the bruchetta, Buffalo Eggplant ravioli special, Gnocchi and Fettuccine. The portions were small, whatever flavors that may have existed were completely overpowered by the copious amounts of raw garlic, and we were never offered or given any drink refills. Our overall take away here: a lackluster, over priced Italian chain with nice employees.

Parking: It's always extremely difficult to find a parking spot at the Veranda on the weekend.

We visited on 2/14/25 at 7:30pm for what was supposed to be a special Valentine’s Day dinner. Initially, things seemed fine—we were seated within 10 minutes, and the waiter promptly took our order. However, things quickly went downhill.

We ordered two Valentine’s specials, a kids' pizza, a Margherita pizza, fries, and two adult drinks. It took about 15 minutes for the waiter to return with drinks, and even then, one beer was missing, requiring us to remind him. When the Margherita pizza arrived, it was extremely soggy, with all the toppings sliding off as if it had been sitting in steam. My son even remarked that it tasted like a quesadilla.

While we waited for our four-course Valentine’s special, the waiter never returned to check on us or offer additional drinks. After a long wait, I finally flagged him down, only to be asked if we were ready for dessert—even though we hadn’t received our second course yet. He went to check with the kitchen and returned to tell us they were backed up. By this point, we were tired of waiting and extremely frustrated.

When the fourth course finally arrived around 9 PM, I was completely over it. I didn’t even receive utensils and decided to pack up and wait outside with my child while the others finished. To make matters worse, we never received the dessert or the complimentary champagne that was part of the special.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The service was slow and inattentive, the food quality was poor, and the $291 we spent felt completely unjustified. This dinner, meant to be a special occasion, was ruined.

Terrible Takeout Pizza. Picked them up in 25 minutes after ordering. They kept the order under the desk without any heat around it. The pizza was almost ice cold and it did not even look good.

The pizza is awesome... Our favorite meal is the pasta with Ox tails. ( can't remember the name of the dish)... The service has always been great.

Parking: It's a mall parking lot. So you may have to walk a bit too get there. Fyi

Had a great evening. Was welcome when we walked in. Sat at the bar and the bartender remembered us from a few months back and remembered our drink. We liked the new items on the menu. Our food was brought out in a timely manner. My husband’s steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Everyone was very welcoming.

It's ok, the food is good but but not out of this world great, they have really nice portions and atmosphere.
They have the best espresso martini i have ever had.
The kids pizza is big enough for two kids.

First time visiting here, after searching "thin crust pizza" in my vicinity.

Beautiful place. Perfect drinks. Excellent food. Wonderful service, where they don't come too often or not soon enough.

Will return, for sure.

This place in Concord reminds me of dining in Los Angeles at a famous Italian restaurant years ago. The food service and atmosphere was phenomenal 👌 🙌
