The signage to get in was confusing. The first sign clearly says “NO” but that entrance worked fine when I made a 2nd pass. The next sign points to keep going straight, but there was no other sign to turn. I _think_ they want folks to turn at the Bailey light and come in the back during the rush. Please don’t suggest I share this with the Customer Experience Team; I don’t need any more work. Just fix the signs.
The only downside is that it's very busy and it seems to be very busy consistently but they're very popular and new that shouldn't last forever eventually it will be slower. They've now just added ordering ahead which is super helpful so do the smart thing and order ahead of time and then go pick up in window to avoid drive thru line think of them as like in-n-out everyone knows it's faster to get out of your car and not go through the drive-thru
Such a cool vibe! I happened to try them out for the first time on a Sunday morning and they were having their quick morning team huddle. As someone in HR, it was awesome for me to see their company/team culture come alive and how well they work together. I could not have imagined a better 1st timer experience. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend (P.S. I NEVER do reviews but this experience def compelled me to). Well done Dutch Bros, well done.
