The place is ok, customer service is great but just two waiters is not enough. You need to be patient to be served. The tables need to be cleaned with degreaser or tilex, the tiles have some grease. Portions are ok but I consider they offer so many plates and not all of them are available. About drinks, well the coffee is really good and I strongly recommend it. The place has a lot of potential but the owner needs to work on efficiently and quality.

Came on a Sunday Night and order a California Burrito with little bite of guacamole and a lot of French fries. I'm not a fan of fries in my burrito. I thought it was on the side and not inside. We ask the waiter he walk by saying it in the burrito. There should be more than one waiter, but it didn't seem that busy.

The waiter was super nice and attentive. The food was hot and tasty, although the pleasant hill location is better. Big glasses of water was nice to have Slightly bummed that they charge for sour cream seems it should come with the meal if desired Chips we're hot and tasty. I do like that the red salsa is mild enough for me to eat The little tip helper on the receipt is calculated from the total including TAX no where else does that just giving a heads up.

My husband likes another Mexican restaurant and I wanted him to go here- now I'm feeling the guilt since we paid $40 and had barely enough food to qualify as dinner. I order shrimp and crab dish and they didn't have enough shrimp so they did chicken and crab- one piece of crab is all that was in it and 5 tiny pieces of chicken-totally disappointed and unsatisfying. It will be hard to get my husband to go back- can you say- still hungry

In the past I've been not very impressed with their food but I feel like the quality was a bit better tonight. Our waiter was also attentive which was a plus. I feel like the people here really care about their customers based on tonight's experience.

This place has experienced many problems over the last year or so with health department violations and liquor law violations. Yet, we still bring friends up to support the business. This past Sunday night will serve as our last visit to this establishment. Not many in the restaurant as they just opened back up after the health department violation. Our party of 5 is sat at a table and we wait for our waiter to appear. He never does so the guy that seated us brings water, stale chips and some salsa. Minutes turn to hours and hours turn to days when all of a sudden the same guy appears and now says he will take our order. We order a $26 pitcher of margaritas and dinner for all. The pitcher of ice appears and we fill our glasses. The pitcher was able to provide 5 3/4 filled glasses with ice and watered down margaritas. Somewhere between Thanksgiving and Christmas our dinners arrive. My carnitas platter arrives with a bowl of beans and I ask for them to be switched to refried in which they do but they come out flavorless and cold. My plate came with a teaspoon of guacamole and when I ask for a bit more so that it would make more than 1 street taco my waiter said that is all we give and if you want more you must pay. Screw it! We were done. For a struggling place they sure don't give a s*** about their customers. I told our table I forbid them to spend another dime here. The smug waiter and loud kitchen staff along with sub-par food make this place a 2 star and dropping establishment. I am done with them...

I went there for dinner one night and noticed there were no Hispanics eating, just mostly a certain crowd of seniors and small families. I figured out why when I received my order and took a few bites. I kindly asked them to take it off my bill and throw it away. I paid for my drink and walked out never to return again.
Been coming here for over 10 years with my friends and family. Never really had a bad experience or bad food. Seems after they got their liquor license taken away they were in a bit of a slump but since they got it back it seems like they're slowly gaining customers back. Came here yesterday for dinner and the food tasted great. They only had one waiter but he was doing a great job covering all tables. Haven't found a better Mexican restaurant. Will always be my number one spot!!!

Horrible service, dirty restaurant, food is below average and will give you diarrhea. Manager walks around, drinking beer. Restrooms are disgusting! Service staff has no respect for people eating and talks loudly throughout your meal. Temperature in restaurant is warm to hot and the place smells bad. PICK A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT!

Now serving alcohol!! Yay! It's been a while since they offered it. I think it really affected business but they're making a comeback. Great margaritas with fresh fruit! I am addicted to their homemade blue cheese dressing - they sell it too. I eat way too much of it. Their green salsa is delicious and spicy! I usually get the chicken taco salad or chicken enchiladas. I've been coming here for years and their food is very tasty and authentic.
