Chef Juan made our private event absolutely perfect with his creative and delicious custom menu accommodating the vegetarians too, with thoughtful and satisfying dishes. The team's organization and cleanliness was really impressive, couldn't even tell they ever were in the kitchen when they left. He's so personable, we wanted him to stay! I need more private events with Chef Juan!
Juan and his team are the best! So polite and professional AND the food is spot on. We have used Elisa's Catering for the past two company holiday parties and mid-summer Mexican team get-together and we have booked them again for next year!
We hired Elisa's catering for our wedding and the food was amazing! Everyone raved about their meals! We chose 3 options: chicken, salmon & vegetarian and our guests LOVED all three options! Juan was also great to work with! He was very responsive and his team offered amazing service on the wedding day! They even made extras of all meals for us to eat after our wedding!
