I came here to celebrate an outing with my sister and mother. I called 2 hours prior to our arrival Thursday the 12th, during open hours (12-6). I even went as far as to leave a message with my information. We traveled about an hour to support this business, and when we arrived, the entire store was closed. Confused, my family and I checked the hours on Fondant Cups and Cakes website again. Sure enough, we were there during operating hours. Our fun outing turned into a disappointing turn of events. If you do plan on going here, be wary that you may be arriving to a closed shop. Extremely unprofessional..

Just went for a kid birthday party. It was a little chaotic because kids. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a busy day but we were well taken care of and the kids had a blast decorating their cakes.Edit to add: we just cut into time cakes my kids made at the birthday party. Not only did they have a great time, the inside of these cakes is delicious!!

First time here for us. Its was my daughter's birthday and she really wanted to decorate her own cupcakes. It was really fun for the kids.

I feel kind of bad giving so few stars but I was super confused when I went in. There wasn’t anyone that I could see and nobody came out of the back. I waited for about five minutes then called the number posted on the glass and I heard the phone in the shop ring but my call went to the answering machine. After asking out loud if anyone was there I checked behind the counter and in the back room (to see if anyone was injured and unable to respond to me) I took some pictures then waited a bit longer and then left. Seems like a fun activity though I wish there were more pre frosted cupcake flavors and a person so that I could actually make a purchase

My wife found this spot and we came here with our 2 daughters. The staff was super friendly and atmosphere was fun. They make you feel like family here. Kids had a blast making their cakes & cupcakes and the owner even offered to take a picture of our cakes for their business page.Saw that they do birthdays here and my oldest daughter really wants to have hers here now.

Cool spot with a VERY FRIENDLY Proprietor and Staff. They are WORTH the visit and be sure to buy a banana pudding milkshake.. they are hella good and extremely filling.

We visited today with our four year old, she had a blast. She was able to let her creativity flow freely without being over stimulated. The owners were so personable, knowledgeable and professional. It's always great for our daughter to see a representation of herself in spaces like these. This is the perfect place to come and let your children's creativity flow. The banana pudding milkshake is the TRUTH!!! We'll definitely be returning.

Wanted something sweet, took my son in and boy oh boy were we pleasantly surprised. The staff was just amazing and friendly. I didn't feel rushed or unwelcome. Everyone was all smiles. The owner Jay is very confident in her product. She told me the flavors of cupcakes we picked were fire and she wasn't lying! My son had a handcrafted milk shake and he said it was the best! She says they do cake decorating parties and mobile parties! They also serve hot dogs and chips, seems like I'll be hitting this place up often!
