The power went out, and the fryers were temporarily down. Our food was delayed from it. But the waitress Amber, went above, and beyond her duty to take care of us. Her service was friendly, and compassionate. Keep up the great work Amber, and staff!!!

There is no Fuddruckers in Arizona. We need one at least in Phoenix, the hamburgers were freaking fantastic The french fries were amazing and the cheese they gave in the side was spectacular.

Had my kid's bday dinner here with large group. Food was delish as always and environment was clean. Kids had a great time at arcade. No one made us feel rushed to leave and we stayed for a while!

Very nice place but the bathroom is pretty gnarly. I'm not sure what's going on but every time I've been there there's either some kind of fluid and it smells pretty bad in there. That being the men's room

I hadn't been to a Fuddruckers in years. Tried this location this afternoon. The food was very good, however it was kind of weird being asked to give a tip when I placed my order, when I'm picking up my own food later at the counter. I gave a tip, but it felt kind of weird, like what's going on? Are they not paying their employees enough money to live? If I don't give a tip, are they going to mess with my food? Normally I don't think you should have to tip unless you're being waited on at a table. Seems kind of ridiculous to ask for a tip when I'm doing all the work. The other thing was I ordered a burger and some fries, and they came in two separate trays. I also had a drink, and I asked for a large tray to carry everything, and they didn't have one. So I'm stuck trying to juggle everything in my hands, while I'm looking for a place to sit. The food was very good. I ordered a vegan burger and a platter of fries and rings. However, if I ate there again, I would only order one or the other. One of them was plenty, and it'd be less hassle trying to juggle everything on my way to find a table. Also, I'm not crazy about being asked to tip while I'm waiting on myself.

We don't have any more Fuddruckers in Oregon! So, we were thrilled to include this Concord location in our recent vacation itinerary! We were definitely not disappointed! The hamburgers are still outstanding! The restaurant was busy on a weeknight. The toppings bar and dip stations were well-stocked and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The arcade looked fun! The bakery and ice cream were similar to what we had in Oregon. The Concord location served Blue Bunny ice cream, while ours served Cascade Glacier, which is much, much better. The cookies are incredible! We are so grateful that we enjoyed the opportunity to stop here for dinner on our trip.

The hamburgers are good, but the bathroom is disgusting, super dirty and without maintenance, it is not something new like 4 months ago I had entered the bathroom and they were the same.
