Had my kid's bday dinner here with large group. Food was delish as always and environment was clean. Kids had a great time at arcade. No one made us feel rushed to leave and we stayed for a while!

Very nice place but the bathroom is pretty gnarly. I'm not sure what's going on but every time I've been there there's either some kind of fluid and it smells pretty bad in there. That being the men's room

I hadn't been to a Fuddruckers in years. Tried this location this afternoon. The food was very good, however it was kind of weird being asked to give a tip when I placed my order, when I'm picking up my own food later at the counter. I gave a tip, but it felt kind of weird, like what's going on? Are they not paying their employees enough money to live? If I don't give a tip, are they going to mess with my food? Normally I don't think you should have to tip unless you're being waited on at a table. Seems kind of ridiculous to ask for a tip when I'm doing all the work. The other thing was I ordered a burger and some fries, and they came in two separate trays. I also had a drink, and I asked for a large tray to carry everything, and they didn't have one. So I'm stuck trying to juggle everything in my hands, while I'm looking for a place to sit. The food was very good. I ordered a vegan burger and a platter of fries and rings. However, if I ate there again, I would only order one or the other. One of them was plenty, and it'd be less hassle trying to juggle everything on my way to find a table. Also, I'm not crazy about being asked to tip while I'm waiting on myself.

We don't have any more Fuddruckers in Oregon! So, we were thrilled to include this Concord location in our recent vacation itinerary! We were definitely not disappointed! The hamburgers are still outstanding! The restaurant was busy on a weeknight. The toppings bar and dip stations were well-stocked and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The arcade looked fun! The bakery and ice cream were similar to what we had in Oregon. The Concord location served Blue Bunny ice cream, while ours served Cascade Glacier, which is much, much better. The cookies are incredible! We are so grateful that we enjoyed the opportunity to stop here for dinner on our trip.

I haven't been here in years and it was delicious. Juicy tasty burger it could have served more fries which also were good. Fast-friendly service from start to finish.

The hamburgers are good, but the bathroom is disgusting, super dirty and without maintenance, it is not something new like 4 months ago I had entered the bathroom and they were the same.

Haven't been here in about 20 years. Was scared they would have changed quality or portions or the toppings bar. It was exactly as I remembered, if not better. That meat is incomparable. Makes 5 guys and the habit look like chewy thin gristle patties. The meat was so tender and juicy and everything was well seasoned. Got the Swiss melt and the mushrooms were thick and cooked perfectly. The Swiss cheese had a nice bite. Loading up on pickles was my dream. Bun fluffy and buttery. Fries were perfectly cooked. Best burger experience in years.

Great hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. Too bad no more peanuts. We love the buffet of toppings and sauces and the air hockey machine when it's working... They have other games for the kids, too.

Really fun, laid back family hamburger joint. Both the burger and fries were excellent.
They have a simple menu. You choose the type of meat you want, the size of patty and temperature it's cooked to and that's it.
All toppings are self serve. The topping and sauce options are pretty extensive which is super fun for customizing your burger.
They have a small arcade to play at which is great entertainment for the kids while the food is being prepared.
Kid-friendliness: Great place to bring kids. There is a small arcade and because all food comes plain you don't need to worry about picky eaters!
