It's an all you can eat rice and surimi. It's not a bad place, but it's not a "sushi" restaurant...if you understand the difference in my statement you understand the difference in quality and service. It's good. Much of Fuji and traditional sushi ? restaurants is the same, but fuji you can't get gourmet. You can get cheap cuts of sashimi and mayonnaise filled fried surimi rolls and unlimited drinks of their soda fountain, but not class. It's a buffet like any other, only a Japanese food food buffet. Highly recommend if you like buffet sushi ? but the lines and confusion are intolerable and may lead you never to ear there again because of its disunity and lack of organizational knowledge. It's a sloppy atmosphere and sloppy service with cheap cuts of sushi. And if you oder anything fried, I highly recommend don't eat alot of it. I don't think they change their grease daily and have gotten sick myself and gave been with other people that have gotten sick if they order too many deep fried foods. Their grease definitely, without a doubt, makes you sick.

For the amount, they were charging for all-you-can-eat sushi. It was not great and the customer service was horrible.

Exceptional service, polite staff, clean & organized with the best prices around. The Lion king roll was the highlight of my day with the fried bananas for dessert. The spicy seared salmon was gloriously refreshing & the tamago was cut in a heart shape when a chef noticed my husband & I we're sharing every plate New favorite spot & I will be certain to tell everyone I know about this gem of a dining experience.P.S. TIP the staff more than a dollar, they're hard workers & truly deserve it since tips are split between so many efficient individuals.

02.14.2024“I have dates tonight. Thinking I could not afford 3 separate dates, I suggested we all come and join me at Fuji Sushi Buffet. One said I will pay, the other said no I’ll and lastly one offered and said we got baby.. I said no I am a man. I will pay for mine you girls pay for yours.” - Carlos ReghisThe end.Oh yeah. $30 per person, just pay for soda/drinks, but before you proceed to visit, I highly recommend to use google map, search location, and click waitlist. It does tend to get busy.Con/Pro: I’ve noticed that party of 4 may be the max limit. Bringing larger group may not be recommended. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, good music.. hmm and spider web up the ceiling..Parking: Parking lot adjacent to other establishments, i.e. DMV, Post Office, And other restaurants.

Sat at the sushi bar, but not enough sushi plates rotating around, only a few plates rotating and only 1 or 2 types of regular plain sushi.... I need to fall in line and order the sushi or grab what was made on the order counter.

Service is pretty fast but the food quality is meh. It's not worth the price. Their tuna nigiri looks like watermelon. ? It was weird talking over already prepared sushi rolls that's not covered to give your order to the chef behind the bar. Never seen that before. ?

I have been here MANY times prior to Sunday afternoon , maybe 12-15 times and always make reservations, which is GREAT ! Yesterday 1/7 we came at 1:30 ( our reservation time ) I figured since we have 90 minutes it would be as usual, but we were rushed to order from the bar & kitchen by 2pm which is awful because not only do I not know how much I can eat yet, if I order too much and cannot eat it, I will be charged extra for waste ..... this is terrible. There is nothing on the conveyer belt and all the premade rolls are cold and yucky! AND the price went up. I don't really care about that.I REALLY usually LOVE this place and have brought A LOT of people here but the cut off for reservations should be 1pm if the bar & kitchen closes at 2. SUPER DISSATISFIED THIS TIME !

The selection of the belt could be better. Overall good first time experience. Got there early and put ourselves on the waitlist which is on a tablet that someone will bring out roughly 30 minutes before opening. Once we walked inside, we were asked if we wanted to sit at the bar which has a rotating conveyor belt or a regular table. We opted for the bar for the experience since it was our first time there. I was able to order a couple of special rolls, so I ordered two orders of lion king and then the rest of the options I got off of the belt. I also ordered some salmon teriyaki, edamame, miso, and a couple of other things off of the menu. The service was sort of quick, and it was friendly. After about an hour of eating, we were brought our bill. We were told no rush though however, we didn't see our waiter again for a while, which was kind of a pain. The price did go up so on weekends it's 32.99 per adult and for children it's two dollars per their age. I would come back and try a couple of different roles in the future. Taste wise the miso was great, so was the Gyoza. I would've liked a little seasoning on the edamame. Also, the lion King was just OK. The first order that I had was tasty however the second one lacked some of the flavor that I was hoping for.Come, try it out for yourself and see what you think. It's definitely a good experience especially if you like sushi. If you don't like sushi, you can also order off the menu and get things like teriyaki.

I was a little leery going into an all you can eat sushi place being that I thought potentially they could have second rate food quality, service and just didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to how nice this place was, how great the service and friendly staff was and most of all how great the food quality and amazing selection was for an all you can eat place!! I am so excited that I found this place and definitely will be coming back in the future, but next time I won't be eating quite so much! LOL. It's amazing how many different sushi choices you can have custom made for you and your party! Do yourself a favor and if you love sushi, go eat here!
