Fist time there with family of 7 no kids, automatic gratuity. Shred with the hostess that it was our fist time and she do not tell the waiter and the waiter didn't ask. They took our order, it took a while and then when the food go there they brought everything and just put everything in no order in the table raw, pork, beef, and shrimp zero explanation, no confirmation of my food allergy that is in my app. It was crazy. I had to get up and ask a different waiter to get forks for the table. Very disappointing I share with waiter her apologized and tried to make it up he did better.

When you upgrade your grilling to the premium they disappear and you don't get your value as you can only order a certain amount. When you go to order more and they don't show up and you order more to make sure they got you order in, they charge you for not eating it. They don't give you enough tongs so cross contamination is unavoidable.

Had the regular all you can eat. Great deal overall. When we got there there were only two people working and unfortunately took a bit too long to get anything. It was good that we ordered everything we wanted at once. Some meats were not that great, if you like really good meats you should consider the premium all you can eat.

A massive shoutout to our server, Harley! My group and I come here regularly, and Harley has been the best server we’ve ever had. He didn’t just serve us — he HOSTED us. It felt like he was running the whole party, and he did it flawlessly. He made our night, kept the vibe perfect the entire time, and we’ll definitely be asking for him every time we come back. Just tried Jane Korean BBQ in Concord with friends, and man, it was a blast! The banchan came out fast-plenty of kimchi, pickled radish, the works. Grilling those juicy short ribs and pork belly at our table had us all laughing, flipping meat like pros. Staff kept our drinks full and the grill clean without hovering. That kimchi fried rice to wrap it up? So good wanted seconds. Not breaking the bank either-five stars, we're definitely coming back!
Staff was awesome, very respectful, attentive and polite. They are exceptional and amazing at what they do. Recommended 100% of the time

This was my first Korean Bbq experience. It was great. The food is really good, and the staff are very attentive. Be prepared for your clothes to smell like bbq for the rest of the day though.
