When you upgrade your grilling to the premium they disappear and you don't get your value as you can only order a certain amount. When you go to order more and they don't show up and you order more to make sure they got you order in, they charge you for not eating it. They don't give you enough tongs so cross contamination is unavoidable.
Had the regular all you can eat. Great deal overall. When we got there there were only two people working and unfortunately took a bit too long to get anything. It was good that we ordered everything we wanted at once. Some meats were not that great, if you like really good meats you should consider the premium all you can eat.
A massive shoutout to our server, Harley! My group and I come here regularly, and Harley has been the best server we’ve ever had. He didn’t just serve us — he HOSTED us. It felt like he was running the whole party, and he did it flawlessly. He made our night, kept the vibe perfect the entire time, and we’ll definitely be asking for him every time we come back. Huge thank you to Harley! Give our guy a raise or a promotion or something — he deserves it!
