Recent visits have shown some issues with food and service. One server, Felix, was amazing and took care of the entire lobby, but after 7 pm, the food and desserts were old and sad. A steak was not even ordered, and there was rarely anyone available to help. There was also a concern about hair found in a dessert served next to a customer.
