The atmosphere in the place was relaxing, yet vibrant. The service was not the best because the barista was unfriendly and made distasteful drinks. I ordered a lavender latte and it didn’t taste anything like lavender. My spouse ordered a matcha latte and it tasted like water mixed with matcha. Definitely not going back.

This is my favorite coffee bar not just in Concord but for miles! They’ve been trained to make the drinks proper. They know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino. Their pastry offerings are delicious. The vibe is modern, energetic, friendly and the place is super clean. I love supporting an independent, small business, and this one is definitely earning a great reputation!

Gratitude Coffee Bar is lovely space that is inviting and warm. The staff are friendly and helpful when taking your time to select from the tasty baked breakfast items and the enticing espresso drinks like our favorite lavender latte. Gratitude Coffee Bar is our family's favorite Concord cafe. Stop by some time soon, as we are sure you will make it your favorite as well.Parking: There are a lot of food spots in this strip mall style area. So parking is impacted during lunch and dinner times.

I enjoy coffee but I enjoy my Chai even more. This place is my go to spot early in the morning since it’s on my way to work. I do sometimes sit at the shop to catch my early morning meeting or when I want to avoid traffic on the freeway. The atmosphere here is great, for sure social media attraction point. Great for large group meeting too. Staff is amazing as well and actually greets every customer that’s walks through the door.

I visit for the cleanliness, the AMAZINGLY friendly staff and fresh baked pastries. Lattes with lovely milk designs created by smiling people with artistry and patience. An always busy coffee bar but doesn't lose its feeling of welcome.
Very glad I found this spot on yelp! I never sit down at a coffee bar when I grab a drink, but the atmosphere alone was so chill and inviting. The barista was patient and really nice as I looked at the menu. I ordered a hot lavender latte and it was made perfectly! Might be more adventurous and try new things when I come back in the future.If you’re looking for a spot to meet for a coffee date or work from your laptop, it’s a really cute spot. They even have a lounge area for meetings which I think is a nice touch.

Love this coffee shop. Great, small batch coffee. Yummy, fresh pastries. Good service, great atmosphere. A little on the pricier side, but the quality justifies it. Wish there was more seating because this place gets filled up pretty quickly and people don’t like to leave. ? The cafe has electrical outlets along window seating so it’s a nice spot to connect your laptop and get some work done. There’s a large space in the back of the shop that people can use to work remotely or gather with friends/coworkers, although the space seems to get rented out frequently for events. Would be nice to have more seating outdoors, especially when the weather gets nicer. Right now, there’s just a few tables up against the building that aren’t very welcoming. Overall, really like coming here and glad to have a non-chain coffee spot in my neighborhood.

This place has an incredible atmosphere inside and is filled with friendly people. It's situated at the western end of Park n Shop, near Chuck E Cheese. The coffee is exceptional, and their pastries, particularly the Kougin Amann, are fantastic. The staff is great, very well-versed in their coffee. Instead of Starbucks, consider supporting small businesses like this one.

I wanted to love this place, my first time visiting so I ordered a lavender latte and almond croissant. Perhaps a larger menu is needed while waiting in line I couldn’t see their options, it was an 8x10. Sunday morning was busy as expected but when I ordered the service was just so so, attitude is everything so every customer has the best possible experience. I passed 3 Starbucks and a Peets coffee to try this coffee bar. I think the ordering and pick up should be switched, every one was bumping into each other because the pick up area is narrow. It was bright and clean and the coffee & croissant were good. I prefer to support a local business. Maybe provide service with a bit more gratitude.
