Best authentic broth in Concord.. hands down. The prices reflects that. A lot of Pho restaurants in general is just fast canned beef bullion broth as a base. No authentic spices, love, and time spent on the broth. However, Hello Pho is consistent and the broth hits all the necessary notes. They deserve a better location in Concord as they're the real deal for real on the real cause you know the deal it's not a steal because it's a real feel good tasting Pho... if you don't know now you know..

I think you should come get food here if you want a cute place to eat with lots of plants and good music and friendly people. The vermicelli dish was very good and quick and the vibes were great in this place.

Best taro milk tea I've had. Might be personal preference, but I liked it because it had some sort of creamy texture to it and the sweetness was just right. Had their shrimp fried rice and fried chicken wings and both were really good!

The pho here is just okay, and they didn’t serve it with basil. But what’s unfortunate is they keep raising their prices, and the price that they show on the counter when you pick up takeout is higher than what’s on the menu on the tables. I snagged a photo of the menu on the table, so these prices are already out of date. The price does not match the quality.

Thw pho ia fine. They closed an hour earlier than expected, causing my to-go order to spill in my car.

Located in a strip mall with large size parking. Greeted immediately by friendly employees. Food was delivered quickly and was super fresh. I look forward to going back to try more on the menu.

Fast and friendly service. We ordered the crab cream cheese Rangoons, a side order of egg rolls (comes with 2), small pho, and a chicken Banh Mi for 2 people - was more than enough food and a nice way to share a variety of dishes. Clean bathroom too!

I had a huge pho craving and wanted to check out somewhere new, and Hello Pho came up. I ordered the spring rolls and beef combo pho, and it was not memorable. The spring rolls didn't have any pork in it, and the lettuce definitely tasted old and dated. The beef wasn't good, either. It was kinda chewy and didn't really melt in the mouth. The lime juice didn't help lift the broth, which tasted super watered down. I couldn't taste any real, strong, authentic flavors. It's hard for me to say I'd come back.

A gem of a place! Literally every food item on their menu that I tried was tasty. The spicy lemongrass tofu especially is the best tofu I've ever tasted in my life. It is absolutely super-tasty. And these people are FAST. They prep your order super fast. I've never had to wait to pick up my order. It's always ready when I reach. The staff is polite, food is GREAT and reasonably priced. Love this place!
