It was to go, the place was empty. Maybe just bad timing.
The birria was more brown than red and it tasted just a little different than I expected.

I am giving them one star because what they do they go with their taco trucks to another places nearby to the others, Mexican restaurant like the one by the casino in Pacheco California and start selling Mexican food on the street. This is not good. This is terrible what they do ! You guys should be shame of yourself! Pelé find another spot ! That no right what you guys doing !
Learn to distinguish your barbecue. Apparently they gave me a hard time. I ordered lamb barbecue and it looked and tasted more like beef barbecue. They are in charge. Also ask how much everything you order costs if you don't want to get a surprise when they deliver. your trout count and make sure they don't get caught

The food is very tasty, the service is terrible, they charge for everything including parking.

If you arrive early you can find fresh barbecue and belly plus a consommé with chickpeas that is not very greasy but very tasty.
It seems to me that it is the flavor that is closest to the original Hidalgo barbecue and that it is sold every Sunday in some places in Mexico City or on the roads that lead to the city.
The service is a little slow because they have a lot of people and they have a musical group which I don't know if it's a good idea for a Sunday morning. But in general they have good service and good food.

EXCELLENT service ?
The flavor reminded me of the seasoning of Actopan Hidalgo, where I lived for a while.
Just take into account that the parking lot is small and if it is full there is valet parking, but in terms of taste and attention it is HIGHLY recommended.

I ordered my food through doordash, it's the first time I've ordered from this place. It came to me with a surprise, a hair in my food. Sadly, I realized when I was about to finish.
