If you arrive early you can find fresh barbecue and belly plus a consommé with chickpeas that is not very greasy but very tasty.

It seems to me that it is the flavor that is closest to the original Hidalgo barbecue and that it is sold every Sunday in some places in Mexico City or on the roads that lead to the city.

EXCELLENT service ?
The flavor reminded me of the seasoning of Actopan Hidalgo, where I lived for a while.
Just take into account that the parking lot is small and if it is full there is valet parking, but in terms of taste and attention it is HIGHLY recommended.

The food is good, the only problem is that you order blindly with the price, no, they have how much the food costs and I didn't like that, I suggested that they should put the prices.
