Eggs were RAW, pancakes RAW, service was terrible because they had no workers. Gave me an extra charge of 4.50 TO SUB PANCAKES FOR WAFFLES and DIDNT TELL ME. Absolutely robbery and will never come again.

My breakfast was Delicious. Our server Kim was great she really is in the right profession. She was courteous and patient as we asked a lot of questions. Kim recommended the Blueberry pancakes that were unbelievably wonderful. We asked to speak to her manager Skylar, I believe in giving feedback when anyone gives good customer service. Skylar was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this I Hop not only for their food and service but also for anyone looking for a good place to work as both Kim and Sklyar seem like good people to work with.
Dietary restrictions: I can not have too much sweet but love pancakes, I was very impress with their sugar free syrup.
My Spouse and I wanted to grab something to eat for Dinner on 5/7/24. We walked in and could tell they were understaffed. There was one waiter, one cook, and one bust boy.
Despite them being understaffed and having other customers in the restaurant the waiter that evening was a young white man with a lot of personality. He greeted us at the door with a smile and kindness.
The waiter was attentive, personable, engaging, and over-communicated by checking in and informing us. We never had to ask where he was because he stopped by to tell us.
The chef prepared a great meal in a timely fashion. We were expecting to be there for a while waiting on our food but we placed our order 10 minutes later maybe less the food was on the table. Thank you to the employees who worked that night. The food and service were A+. I hope your manager or supervisor provides the recognition you deserve.

My friend and I arrived at 10:30 pm and the waitress didn't greet us at all. She seemed overwhelmed and immediately said that she couldn't get to us with no stated time estimation. And I began to ask if the restaurant closes at midnight and she said no the restaurant closes at 11:30 pm and I have to leave at midnight. I replied by saying that the website says 12 am. She stared at me for a moment and blew me off.
