My friend and I arrived at 10:30 pm and the waitress didn't greet us at all. She seemed overwhelmed and immediately said that she couldn't get to us with no stated time estimation. And I began to ask if the restaurant closes at midnight and she said no the restaurant closes at 11:30 pm and I have to leave at midnight. I replied by saying that the website says 12 am. She stared at me for a moment and blew me off.

The service was horrible. This was the 1st time I ever walked out. 10 minutes (with no 1 else in waiting) to be seated. I asked for coffee upon being seated. She didn't hear me or wasn't paying attention. 10 minutes later she took my order. Coffee included. 10 minutes later my coffee arrived. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get her attention for a spoon,straw or coffee stirrer (the last 5 minutes, my order was ready and sitting under the heat lamps). I had never left a restaurant still hungry before. I won't be going back. EVER!

The server was HORRIBLE !! Anthony the server was just the worst!! My family understand’s English more than they can speak. Server got an attitude, very sarcastic, everything just seem to bothered him. When I told him to change his attitude he just said you know what I’m getting you someone else. Come to think maybe he is racist.Jessica our new server was AWESOME!!If you are a server, if you are short of personal it’s not our fault. We came because we want to enjoy our breakfast in peace. You ruined it!!When complained … no one care

First of all I just gotta say, idk what’s going on with this place but it needs to severe changes and improvements. When we were seated, they sat us a still dirty table, we ordered and when food arrived they gave me part of my order plus something that wasn’t even for our table, then they got the pancake kind wrong by giving me regular pancakes when I asked for the Mexican tres leche. Atmosphere wasn’t the best either, some employees looked like they dreaded being there. When things like this occur all in 1 visit, it’s time to start making changes especially to management. No complaints about food taste tho that was just fine but something should be done that actually helps employees want to be here.

My parents ordered an Avocado Toast to-go. They paid $11 for this and it doesn't even look appetizing. Plus, the side of fruit that was supposed to go with the order was missing. Only the fluffy pancakes were good.
they take so long to just make a breakfast biscuit sandwich they took 2 hours like ??? i recommend not coming

Weekdays from 5 pm to 9 pm are the Ihoppy hours. I believe those hours I mentioned are correct. Anyway, it is much cheaper to go here during this time than to a fast food place, and it is nice to eat out in a not-so-expensive time and place. I enjoyed my food.

Food selection is a good variety for every mealtime! Prices are about the same at any other restaurant. Was geeeted & seated quickly upon entering. The server & staff were very friendly & attentive.

Eggs tastes different. My omelette doesn't taste the same as before and texture is different. It's like they've switched to egg substitute instead of fresh eggs. Hope they go back to fresh eggs.
