Original review: I ordered a vegetarian sandwich with mushroom, chedar, avocado and red pesto. Guess what?! It didn't have mushroom and chedar! Not that it had a small amounts; It literally did not have any mushroom or chedar. This was for a take out so I noticed it when I was home. Will never go here again and I suggest you don't either.

Updated review: I'm increasing my review from 1 to 3 star because the company reached out and refunded what I paid.

Really enjoyed my vegan meatball sandwich with godfather sauce this was my first time at Ike’s. Eddie at the front gave great recommendations and let me sample the sauce. Let me take my time and was just overall nice guy! We also tried the French fries and Matt Cain sandwich both good. Only thing that I didn’t like was the fried zucchini. However a great sandwich chain!

Not impressed at all with my sandwich today. If you are a sandwich making company, then you should be making them better !!

For $15, I ordered a cheese sandwich, with lettuce, onion, pickle, and mustard. What I got was 2 pieces of cheese, very little onions, a few pickles, and a wad of lettuce and a drip of mustard.. Rip off. I spoke w the staff about my sandwich and the lack of ingredients for being a vegetarian cheese sandwich, and she claimed that there were 4 pieces of cheese on the bottom and 2 on top, which is more than they usually do. But when I showed her my 1/2 side of bread with only the 1 piece of cheese, she still tried to tell me there was more even when I told her there was no other cheese on the sandwich. There were 2 pieces of small onion circles and 2 pickle slices on the one half. The other half I took a video and picture of.

I tried to explain that if you are making a vegetarian, cheese sandwich, it should NOT look like this. But she kept talking over me and reiterated that they made it right according to their orders.

IMO, that is garbage. You should look at how Beach Hut Deli stacks their sandwiches, that is much better and way cheaper. I will not be coming back here. As a sandwich maker, you should have a tasta of everything in each bite.

For the record, the ingredients here are fine. The bread is great, vegetables fresh, but the design quality of your sandwiches need a serious re train.

Ordered Sometimes I am a vegetarian with Dutch Crunch bread. Quality was pretty consistent like other Ike's locations. Location also has few tables for dine in. Well maintained store. Service was very good.

I enjoyed wonderful and great seafood with my family. And we got super great service from whole clerks in the restaurant. I wont be able to forget the great seafood in this restaurant.

The vegan sandwiches are so good. I hope you guys can improve the quantity of even portions like Walnut Creek location which had a much more balanced sandwich ingredient proportion. I would return a lot if it had more than one little piece of tomato on each side and not as little lettuce crunch/vegan chicken minimally dispersed through the bread that overpowered the amount of ingredients inside.

Who doesn't love Ike's Love Sandwiches! ..I can't think of a single person. So, when I spotted an Ike's Love Sandwich Shop...Man-O-Man, I whipped it on in, Lickity Split!
Everything looked amazing and as fresh as could be, and as I was waiting for my number to be called I overheard a couple raving about the chicken salad sandwich on toasted sourdough, so that's exactly what I got. And ...Get this.. it was Amazing!
Simplicity at its finest. ☆☆☆☆☆

I'm Sabrina and ordered online for pick up; I ordered Hello Kitty also PAID for avocado; when I arrived and it was almost packed -- I'm on road trip to South California-- unfortunately the sandwich were pretty drying. No avocado, no jalapenos. lack of lettuces, onions, jalapeño. It was crap sandwich with lack of toppings. Other places are on the point! But this location, lack of toppings so check your sandwich before you LEAVE.

The cashier aren't "deaf friendly" after saying I can't hear yet still speaking to me repeatedly yet fortunately I can LIPREAD my own name.

Ordered a sandwich via Uber and got the wrong order. Contacted Uber and got a refund. There was a problem with the sandwich that arrived, so called the restaurant directly to let them know. The manager was so pleasant about it. Been a customer and will continue. Thank you.

Best gluten free sandwich I’ve come across. Good portions, well seasoned, perfect amount of sauce/condiments, the gf bread wasn’t dense and chewy, and the contents were delicious. I got the 49er and my husband got the Jaymee Sirewich. Both were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread option.

This was a nice place to visit. We had never eaten there before. It is unique. It is a sandwich shop with a twist. But, like all things on the expensive side. I wish I had taken pictures. Thanks for something new and interesting.

Parking: Half Priced books is closest to the open parking lot. And, it is just a few feet away. But, if you were driving, you might miss it, so get out and walk, bike, scooter, etc.
