Lanzhou is an ancient, desert city on the old Silk Road so its culinary heritage is as wide as it is deep. While I’ve not been there I would like to think the food here is pretty authentic Gansu province cuisine. It’s always a good sign when a restaurant is popular, but it’s a better sign when an Asian restaurant is full of Asian patrons. Everything we had here was good. The chili crunch oil condiment (which is mild and has smoky, earthy flavor) made everything even better....

Excellent noodles and sauces. I had the spicy numbing pork with thick noodles and it was delicious. Tried all my friend's food and it was great, I think I would get soup next time because the portion was very big and delicious. We also had the pleasure of looking back at the kitchen and seeing them hand pulling noodles in the middle of dinner.

Noodles were tasty! Came here for an early lunch on the weekend and it wasn’t too busy.

We ordered using the QR code on the table- they could take your order as well, but I’m sure the self ordering helps them when they gets busy.

I really like how they had different noodle type options for the noodle soups.

I got a tomato beef noodle soup and there was lots of meat and noodles! Sweet and soupy tomato flavor and good...
