I love Inkas grill. I normally do. Food is delicious and the staff is awesome. Unfortunately I ordered rotisserie chicken and couple times part of the chicken were missing. Since I love inkas grill I normally don't complain. But tonight was not acceptable. Not only the skin was missing but part of the meat was missing. They fried it so the color could look even. But definitely you can tell that not only the entire skin was missing but part of the meat was missing and it was hard. Again I love Inkas grill the females chefs are amazing but I honestly don't know what happened tonight. I’m putting this comment just to bring awareness. So they stop selling picked and touched chicken. Hope this incident doesn’t happen again. I hope Inkas Grill are considerate enough to value customers. I’ve been going to Inkas grill for years because of the delicious food. But selling a chicken that has been touched and eaten is not right. Unfortunately I would miss their chicken. But I don’t want this to occur again.

Food was delicious. Service needs a bit of improvement. Our server never came back after our food was on our table. I had to call him 3 times to refill my glass of water. The table wear bear. They used to lay white
paper, but they were just bear

Good attention from the waiters
But in food preparation
A big disappointment
The price is the least important
But in the seasoning and preparation it is very unfortunate.
I hope you take into account improving or perfecting the seasoning because our gastronomy leaves us in a bad position.
It was a bad experience because the 1/2 Medio Pollo a la Brasa (roster chicken) was not finished to cook. It had red meet and blood. And they said that we can't refund your money because it's cook , but we can fry it." I think they change the owners.
Ordered ahead of time, over $100 for 3 dishes, order wasn't ready when requested and the portions are ridiculously small for the price and frankly not that good. It used to be good, USED TO.

Very bad service I went for a ceviche to take away but the man who was supposed to give it to me and charge was talking to the cook and waited 10 minutes for her to come to deliver it to me and he never arrived for being in the gossip with the cook it was more important what they talked than attending to the customer the cook told him three times that I was waiting for my ceviche and he told him to wait that he was talking then I turned around I left because they have no respect for the people who come to that place to eat and apparently this has not happened only once if it with other people also or change the staff or they will end up losing customers

Super bad attention, they gave us the menu, we waited 20 minutes and no one came to take the order, super disappointing.

I never imagined that for a table of 3 people they would charge me including the 20% tip
Also, they didn't mention that it was already included and I left more tip.

Hello everyone, I come here several times but today my food was really terrible. I ordered a male fish and the seafood was raw, as well as the sauce and maybe they put it in the microwave. It was delicious, despite the fact.

Terrible service, dishes after hours are mixed up on a few tables. I wanted to order spicy to pass the ceviche and they charged me for it. That means that the owner treats his customers poorly.

Today I had the pleasure of dining at Incas Grill, the Peruvian restaurant I go to frequently. As always, the service was excellent. Miss Perla, who served us, was extremely helpful and attentive throughout our visit.
I ordered a fish ceviche, Cau Cau, a Caesar salad with chicken, a chicha morada and a lucuma ice cream. Everything was delicious and fresh, with that authentic Peruvian touch that I enjoy so much. Each dish was perfectly seasoned and the portions were generous.
I thank the chefs and team at Incas Grill for providing us with such an enjoyable dining experience today. Without a doubt, I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine.

Really good Peruvian food and much better pricing compared to downtown Concord or Walnut Creek. Plus, good sized portions too

First time having Peruvian food and it was delicious! The ceviche was flavorful, I especially liked the corn and sweet potato they put on the side. They go so well together. The Lomo saltodo dish was also one of my favorite. The fries soaked in the that sauce!! So yummy ?
