Incas Grill is the best Peruvian restaurant I’ve ever been to. And I’m glad it’s located right here in Concord CA. The inside is amazing, such a beautiful setup. The owner is really friendly and is just a nice guy. And whoever greats you when you walk in is always smiling and friendly so that’s always a plus. My favorite dishes are Aaroz con Mariscos or the Ceviche. I’ve had a handful of other dishes but these two are my favorites as the picture shows the Ceviche. If you want delicious Ceviche or Peruvian food in general, stop by Incas Grill. You’ll be happy you did.

Food was overpriced and not very good. We paid $70 for two very simple plates that took forever to come out! The staff was slow and rude. They were all on the phones near the door, taking selfies and chatting. I was charged $2.50 for the tiniest cup of salsa! Worst restaurant! Do not waste your money!

Food was okay. Could have been much better. Service was okay. Considering we are the only people there could have been better. I would say their biggest downfall was adding gratuity into a party of three. I was going to give them a $50 tip but they decided to add their own tip in. Their Loss. And for being greedy and adding gratuity I don't think I'll never return. And for price comparison Limon and Walnut Creek doesn't much better job of everything. I hate to write negative reviews

I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The service was poor from the beginning--our table waited over an hour for food with very little communication or attentiveness from the staff. When we expressed that we were not satisfied and would not be leaving a tip, the situation escalated in an uncomfortable and inappropriate way.

After we left, we were followed to another location and publicly accused of stealing a phone. One of the staff members even stood in front of my vehicle and physically blocked me from leaving, which felt threatening and deeply unsafe. During the confrontation, one of the staff members ( the owners niece ) banged on my car, and the owner ran toward me in an aggressive and confrontational manner, while both yelled at me in a threatening way. This was not a calm conversation--it was aggressive, intimidating, and completely inappropriate

Later, it was discovered that my friend had accidentally taken the phone. While that mistake was unintentional and was corrected right away, the way the situation was handled--chasing us down, making public accusations, and physically blocking our exit--was extreme, alarming, and unprofessional.

Once we realized what had happened, I immediately returned to clarify that it was an honest mistake and that we did not steal anything. Instead of de-escalating the situation, the staff yelled at me,recorded me , and continued to humiliate me publicly--even after the phone was returned.

The entire experience felt threatening, unprofessional, and deeply embarrassing. No one should be treated that way over a misunderstanding--especially when they are trying to make things right.

There are appropriate ways to address misunderstanding and lost items. This was not one of them.. Their actions crossed a boundary of basic safety and professionalism.

If you value safety, respectful communication, and professionalism, I would suggest dining elsewhere.

This place has quickly become our go-to for Peruvian food. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned without breaking the bank. The ceviche is a must—perfectly balanced, and vibrant. Highly recommend!

I love Inkas grill. I normally do. Food is delicious and the staff is awesome. Unfortunately I ordered rotisserie chicken and couple times part of the chicken were missing. Since I love inkas grill I normally don't complain. But tonight was not acceptable. Not only the skin was missing but part of the meat was missing. They fried it so the color could look even. But definitely you can tell that not only the entire skin was missing but part of the meat was missing and it was hard. Again I love Inkas grill the females chefs are amazing but I honestly don't know what happened tonight. I’m putting this comment just to bring awareness. So they stop selling picked and touched chicken. Hope this incident doesn’t happen again. I hope Inkas Grill are considerate enough to value customers. I’ve been going to Inkas grill for years because of the delicious food. But selling a chicken that has been touched and eaten is not right. Unfortunately I would miss their chicken. But I don’t want this to occur again.

Food was delicious. Service needs a bit of improvement. Our server never came back after our food was on our table. I had to call him 3 times to refill my glass of water. The table wear bear. They used to lay white
paper, but they were just bear

Good attention from the waiters
But in food preparation
A big disappointment
The price is the least important
But in the seasoning and preparation it is very unfortunate.
I hope you take into account improving or perfecting the seasoning because our gastronomy leaves us in a bad position.

It was a bad experience because the 1/2 Medio Pollo a la Brasa (roster chicken) was not finished to cook. It had red meet and blood. And they said that we can't refund your money because it's cook , but we can fry it." I think they change the owners.

Ordered ahead of time, over $100 for 3 dishes, order wasn't ready when requested and the portions are ridiculously small for the price and frankly not that good. It used to be good, USED TO.

Very bad service I went for a ceviche to take away but the man who was supposed to give it to me and charge was talking to the cook and waited 10 minutes for her to come to deliver it to me and he never arrived for being in the gossip with the cook it was more important what they talked than attending to the customer the cook told him three times that I was waiting for my ceviche and he told him to wait that he was talking then I turned around I left because they have no respect for the people who come to that place to eat and apparently this has not happened only once if it with other people also or change the staff or they will end up losing customers
