Terrible Service today when I ate today this old tall waiter I received y food ad way too much salt I asked if they make another one with less saltiness and he got mad at me the only good service was a nice lady that was nice enough to me helpful and make sure they made another one less salty

As soon as I entered i saw cashier having a conversation with someone away from the register. She continued talking and finally led me to a table, gave me menu, and left. She sat at a table for about 10-15 min before taking my order after someone else came in. I wanted to ask for more sauce but couldn't get her attention. She finally gave me bill and took her time coming for the money.

I ordered a milenesa with fries this plate was $27 plus tax. When I tell you the chicken was literally like chewing rubber, SUPER overcooked and the frozen fries matched the awful quality of the chicken. The fact that they let this plate leave their kitchen is beyond me. WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE RESTAURANT! How does that happen? I'm sorry but the prices here DO NOT match the quality of food they serve they should lower them especially for plates like this!!! Even the Lomo Saltado was cheaper than this plate. IM SO UPSET 10 out of 10 do not recommend. The rest of our table didn't really enjoy their food either but I had it the worst . But I will say our server was really nice I just wish I had a better experience with the food.
I love this restaurant have been coming consistently for 3 years. Really cute restaurant, welcoming staff, very clean, great customer service. The food tasted fresh, hot, and fulfilling. It's a bit pricier BUT I think the amount they give you and how good it is, 10/10 worth it. Definitely give this restaurant a try! It's a must! Chefs kiss

I really love this restaurant, the food is really super good and the employees are wonderful. There is only one thing that I was disappointed with, I purchased a gift certificate from them for my friends birthday, and I was charged 10% of the cost of the gift certificate. This is the first time I have ever been charged a fee to purchase a gift certificate from any restaurant.

This place been going for few years now. We drive almost 2 hours to go to this place but the last time we were there was horrible. We arrived and sat ourself in front of of the tv to see the superbowl. There was a crowd of women worker with aprons in front of us and their was a man sitting with them. They were so loud that the waiter who was getting an order across the restaurant, yelled at them to quité down because he couldn't hear the customers who were ordering at the time. Then we see the waiter sitting on the other man's lap and he was going up and down with his leg. Oh and forgot we were totally ignored for 15 minutes before we even got a menú. The waitress and waiter were all being super loud sitting with the man who were at the table.The entire time one of the ladies were yelling at the man who was swinging the waiter, then the man and the kitchen ladies got into it and started a tug a war and the others yelling at them to stop and they wouldn't. So inappropriate and horrible experience. We will never go back.
