Just wow, being from San Diego I have the highest standards for Mexican food. This blew me out of the water! Shrimp is always hit or miss at Mexican restaurants but this was seriously fresh + amazing chips (which they filled up twice for free). Owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Great spicy salsas too!

Amazing food and wonderful service!! I just passed by seeing this place on the side of Clayton road and it did not disappoint!! Really good Mexican food and very affordable. Great portions as well. Even the chips and salsa are amazing. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

Isla specializes in seafood but I ordered the pastor tacos and one chorizo taco. They were excellent. Just a hole in the wall place on Clayton Road with no ambiance, but muy buena comida! Will definitely try the seafood options next time!

If I said it once I said it a million times. The best fish tacos ever. Yes I said ever. As of now you can get mahi-mahi Seabass or tilapia. I highly recommend the mahi-mahi, but you can't go wrong with the other two either. And Sonia, the owner/Cook, you can't go wrong with her either. A smile with $1 million and genuine and down to earth. Don't be fooled by the modest and humble appearance. The food packs a five star punch.No, the best fish tacos are not the end of the line just the beginning. I was originally attracted by the ceviche. The burritos can compete with any Mexican restaurant around as well. But don't take my word for it, as they say, go say hi to Sonia!
