Been coming here for over 10 years..I don’t know who recently hired the chinese looking mexican girl as the cashier but she was aggressive and unprofessional for no reason. Believe me when I say I’m always kind to the people who handle my food and the moment I came to the window she had an attitude. I think it’s time for her to find a new job because she’s clearly not built for customer service.

The employees are absolutely horrendous

I’m so appalled because I’m never been treated so rudely
I asked for some extra sauce and they demanded to know what order I had (my boyfriend went in and ordered)
Then told me I had to pay .25
Which is fine
But she rolled her eyes and had the worst attitude
Then when my boyfriend went to buy a sauce they tried to charge him 30 cents and tried to overcharge us which I’m pretty sure is illegal no matter how much it is.

It's been ages since I stopped at a Jack in the Box, and now I know why ... A jumbo Jack is anything but jumbo and surprisingly bland. The loaded waffle fries were tastier once I found the toppings underneath. The lemonade drink was fine.

It’s fast food. Also if you change your mind there’s a Taco Bell, a Mc. Donald’s, subway, little Cesar’s Pizza and this Jack in the box all within 30 Meters (100 Feet) of each other.

Ventilation is poor, they had to open doors to let smoke out. I used a coupon but it was ripped and they tried to refuse acceptance because of that. The Sourdough Jack was tasty.

3 years ago I gave this place four starts... I now give it three. Food is still decent. If you have the app and are redeeming your codes Make sure the staff gives you your receipt! It's almost as if they don't want to give you your receipt... My son pointed out that the last five times they didn't give me the receipt. Today I stopped by and once again my receipt is not offered once the transaction has been made. I had to ask for my receipt. The girl didn't seem too happy having to look through the bucket full of receipts... What happens to all those points?

The 3 girls working tonight had a nasty attitude with my husband and I. They got quiet when I told them something I guess they aren't use to customers speaking up. Just a piece of advice If you don't want to work there go work somewhere else. I know a lot of people in need of a job that will appreciate it. It's that simple.

This might be one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Considering quality (my food was not hot, tasted stale), customer service (rude and did not get my order correctly), and location/atmosphere (it looked like a mess and they do not take care of it).

The rudest manager “Jessica” I have ever experienced in my life. I complained to corporate from a prior awful experience, so they sent me coupons for a free meal. Here’s the best part- THE SAME LOCATION REFUSED the coupon even though it was 100% valid at any location. I pull up in a $60k car and have to argue over a hamburger that cost them $.60 to make.
How the franchise owner hasn’t been penalized by corporate is beyond me. Back to Irene at corporate to update her on this never ending saga, all over a $.60 burger. I have never yelled or cursed at a fast food worker in my life (it’s a tough job), so if they could push me to this point, it speaks volumes. , This location is absolutely disgusting, inside and out.
