We came in to order dinner and the cashier named Eunice took our order. I tried to order a yum burger but she said they were all out of patties so I ended up ordering some sides and drinks. The person behind us ordered 4 yum burgers and she was able to accommodate them? We were a bit confused why we were any different to not be able to order the same thing? On top of that our ticket was somewhat lost and if we had not come up to them we would not be getting our food. We waited over 20 minutes for a side of fries and side of spaghetti.The lady bagging food Mary was super sweet and nice to us. She tried to get our food as quickly as she can! I think there should be some consistency with how each customer is being treated and accommodated.

New patron, lost opportunity. The wait was extremely long. We spent 20 mins in line only to be told at the counter it would be another 22-35 mins to receive the order. This should be communicated to people standing in line or place a sign.

The food is good like it always is but the service is embarrassingly slow. This has been true pretty much every time I've been to this location. Fortunately, I have not had this issue at the other branches, but it took 40 minutes to even order my food and there were only 3 others in front of me.
It looked like the cashier stopped taking orders so the kitchen could catch up, but she didn't actually start to help with bagging the orders until the last 5 minutes of the 35 we were made to wait. The other 30 minutes she just stood in front of the register and watched her coworkers.
The main person bagging the orders is also extremely slow and does not move with any sense of urgency.
This is the only Jollibee branch close to me, but unfortunately I won't be back unless it's in the early morning or late afternoon when there isn't many people.

Shared a 2pc meal with my son. The chickens batter is really light allowing room for dipping in the gravy. French fries too. Also they have the limited time offer of Ube Pie. The crust has the good deep fried flavor and the Ube. Out of 10 I think it gets a 7 for me only because if I ate it you'd get the feeling of fullness. I love the peach mango pie. If I can't get anything else I would be just that.

I did an online order 2 weeks ago and was missing an item...emailed Jolibee customer service but customer service keeps sending me back emails missing details of my receipt. Online order number 29985674108862464. I was not given a Spaghetti meal open the sealed brown bag and the item was not present. How will I get reimbursed if the item I did not receive? Called your Concord number everyday for 2 weeks phone is not being answered. Might as well remove the phone if it is not being answered.

I got a 6 piece of spicy chicken and a peach mango pie. The chicken was okay, but slightly off. Not sure if it was the quality of the chicken or the oil. The heat was decent, but not overwhelming. Service was very quick and accurate. The pie was really good. I'll go back just for the pie.
