Shared a 2pc meal with my son. The chickens batter is really light allowing room for dipping in the gravy. French fries too. Also they have the limited time offer of Ube Pie. The crust has the good deep fried flavor and the Ube. Out of 10 I think it gets a 7 for me only because if I ate it you'd get the feeling of fullness. I love the peach mango pie. If I can't get anything else I would be just that.

I did an online order 2 weeks ago and was missing an item...emailed Jolibee customer service but customer service keeps sending me back emails missing details of my receipt. Online order number 29985674108862464. I was not given a Spaghetti meal open the sealed brown bag and the item was not present. How will I get reimbursed if the item I did not receive? Called your Concord number everyday for 2 weeks phone is not being answered. Might as well remove the phone if it is not being answered.

I got a 6 piece of spicy chicken and a peach mango pie. The chicken was okay, but slightly off. Not sure if it was the quality of the chicken or the oil. The heat was decent, but not overwhelming. Service was very quick and accurate. The pie was really good. I'll go back just for the pie.

Got my order wrong again and now I'm posting this because it was so annoying when it happens couple of times. This morning I ordered 2pcs Burger Steak with a side of Jolly spaghetti. And an extra side of white rice. I didn't bother to open it because I was running late for my work. And when I'm ready to eat my spaghetti wasn't here, they gave me two rice. Don't get me wrong I do love jollibee but sometimes it is really annoying.
