Drive thru, 8:40pm, no chicken. Asked to pay and wait in parking lot for 16 minutes. 20 min, I see drive they moving, I go into lobby, they sold all the dark meat chicken (I had a leg and thigh 8piece). Drive thru guy “forgot” and I was told I could wait 16 MORE minutes ....
no compensation- nothing!!!
