Ive been here a few times and things were fine, however my order was given to the wrong person and was returned back and they just gave it to me after the person had already opened their food. Then when I asked for a new one they said that they made a fresh one when I watched the cook just add chicken to the bowl. Lied straight to me. Will not be coming back.

The McDonalds of Korean food. Ordered a K/B/Bimbap + Dumplings, everything was a mushy mess. I called just to give them a heads up so maybe they can fry the fries/dumplings more so they get less soggy during delivery and the person who answered was so full of attitude I didn’t even bother telling her. No browning at all, meaning they were NEVER crispy. Bimbap was meh AF, pre-chewed meat basically with a bit of sweet sugar.

The food is very good and service is amazing. There is a youngman at the counter who is very energetic, helpful and prompt. He has been there everytime that I have. Service is very quick. Give it a try for a quick meal. Great lunch spot.

Always solid food! Service has also been great. Manager/owner always goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. Each cup I’ve tried has been very good (and a decent amount of food). Especially enjoyed the “B-cup”. One of the best food options at The Veranda shopping center!

I can't complain for the friendly hospitality and service plus the great quality food that's being served here. It's very convenient that it's near my work, so I would come here once in a while if I'm feeling a quick Korean grub during lunch time! Ko Cups has been around for a while, and it's still one of my go-to spots for a Korean rice bowl.
Vegetarian options: Bibimbap is available for vegetarian friendly option.
Parking: Parking lot is shared with the entire Veranda plaza. So there might be some difficulty finding a parking area next to Ko Cups.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramp for wheelchair access.
