Walked in and waited 10 minutes before any employee came over to take our order. Employees gave eye contact and never came over until 10 minutes later. Very odd feel when you walk into the store.

UPDATE... 7/1/2025 i made it my budiness to purchase hot donuts, since i was told they're hot at 6am. I got there at 6:10am an there wasn't a hot donut to be found. I asked about the donuts on the cooling rack and was told they were cooked 10p, the night before. He told me the donuts are goid for up to 2 days. At that point, i was done. I must make it a point to patronize the smaller mom & pop shops.
I purposely went when the Hot Donut sign was lit only for them to give me cold donuts

I bought a donut here for my child. After eating it, he got thirsty and asked for a cup of water. To my surprise, they told us we had to buy a bottled water. Wow — this is the first place I’ve been to that wouldn’t even offer a simple cup of water. Very disappointing.

Stop by Wednesday at exactly 9:30 because the website said you close at 10pm and I opened the door and went inside only to be told your closed. I get people want to go home, but if customers expect you to be open until a time you should be open. Bad business if you do this often.

I went in here yesterday! The staff was happy and so polite! My son has special needs and it takes him a while to order! They were so patient and were all smiles! Spoke to him with such kindness. And we loved the donuts! He ordered a dozen!
