I had a bad experience. Service was OK. I was seated at a table that was relatively grimy and greasy and then I ordered a simple taco with rice and beans. It was shredded beef, but it was more like shredded shoe leather had no spice no taste and it was gross. I ate a little bit of the rice and beans And bolted out of there $20. I’ll never get back again.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
We had ordered a drink & the bartender took forever to make it because she was talking to a server/manager. She then proceeded to let it sit there. So I got up & went & got it myself since it was for my grandma. The lady, Adriana, who turns out is the manager - walked up to the table & said "I'm not your server or a busser, you guys are just impatient" and proceeded to argue with us.
