I went there today. Customer service was horrible. I had to look for the waiter to pay. I was literally walking around in the store because everyone else was confused. They charge me $30 for aji de gallina but it wasn’t worth it because of how horrible I was treated. I don’t recommend going here.

I always loved this place because their food was good, however today I was extremely disappointed. The Anticuchos which I always ordered and thought they made the best in the erea had too much condiments. The Lomo Saltado was too salty and the dish had more potatotes than meat. The sauce of the Lomo was as if they had added corn-starch to thicken it up. The dish just left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. My mother and I thought that they had a new cook/chef since the food did not taste as good as before. We asked the waitress and she said that the chef was the owner; which that did not answer the question. Even when we informed the waitress that the sauce of the Antichuchos was too spicy, she had an excuse, therefore we decided not to mention the Lomo; We are Peruvian so we know. Our conclusion was either the chef had a bad day or he had had a helper prepare today. I hope the owner reads this, so they are aware and try to bring back the good food as before.

Great food as always! They have the beef ribs special going on right now. Juicy, fork tender meat with a chimichurri sauce yum?

As a peruvian myself I went to Lima with high expectations but was left pretty disappointed. The food isn't good, taste is pretty blend. Service wasn't the best either, the lady that helped us had a little bit of an attitude. Prices are high and I'd happily pay more for good food but the prices don't match the product. Restaurant is pretty dark inside, not much "peruvian" atmosphere. Overall food, service and atmosphere where meh. Wouldn't repeat.

Pollo a la brasa had no taste. Skin wasn't cooked well. Arroz con marisco lacked color and more seafood
