As much as I love this store's bread, I was very disappointed today when I went to get grocery. I saw that they have a whole wall filled with Sadaf products. After 5 months of genocide, they are supporting a company that fully supports Israel. Until they get rid of their Sadaf products, we will not be shopping there.

Nice little shop with Mediterranean goods. We wanted to order an early dinner. Wanted to try the Bolani Kado but they make it per order fresh. Would take 40 minutes so we passed. Wished we had more time. We ate lamb kebabs plate and Tekka Kebabs plate. Oh man they were good. We ate outside in our vehicle because they got rid of the inside seating due to pandemic times. Food is worthy give it a try. We left the shop with some freshly baked flatbread ( yum) Spicy chickpeas, canned pickles, their version of peanut brittle and smiles on our faces. The clerk was pleasantly welcoming and very talkative. I we are in the area again we would definitely stop by.

Inflation is real. My cousin been in Arizona so she ain't have Afghan food in a hot minute. She was looking forward to getting off the plane and trying this place. We gasped when we opened this box. Ten pounds of rice and 4 pieces of kabob. This is a joke. $20 for four pieces.

The young lady in front of the disk is so rude and unprofessional. I love the bread here. Otherwise, I would never ever go to such a store again. I went to take bread today, and ask the lady to give me bread she replied that they finished the bread and just have one, I explain to her that I really need it because I have guests, she said there is bread from yesterday if you want but I wanted fresh bread so I agree to have that last one bread. Before paying my bill, a gentleman come to store and ask for bread and that lady immediately give her two breads, I asked her does he had order she said no, so I asked then why you told me that you only have one and she rudely replied that if I give you two breads than what will other people eat, she even doesn't know that all stores are on first come first serve base unless you make a pirior order. I was really upset, and on bottoms of that, she charged me for two breads instead of one ?
The food made me sick twice. And prices are very high. I got one time from them i got sick but i thought it wasnt the food. But i got their qabuli and mantu again it made me sick as hell. I threw up alot. -NASTY FOOD. EXPENSIVE PRICES

They have great customer service. Their afghan bread is really delicious. I think it tastes better than the breads found in Hayward/Fremont. Advice to management: put price tags on the meat.

I've been here a few times now, and the food is always incredible! A tad on the expensive side for a lunch, but I always forget just how large the portion sizes are. It can easily make for two meals for most people! Definitely recommend to anyone in search of well-made, affordable, healthy meals on-the-go. I wish I knew the secret to their amazing basmati rice!

I bought spices and rice from here plus a bread that looked messed up dough in one end. Worst of all, my grocery bill was $45 but the cashier who was very inexperienced kept going back in forth to ask the shop owner how use the credit card machine? After he rang me up I noticed I was way overcharged by $200 instead of $45 but the shop owner insisted that it was an error that I will not be charged in my account. When I got home I called my debt card co. and sure enough they told me I was overcharged and for me to file a claim! I am very disappointed that the shop owner is very well aware of the over charged but he’s trying very hard to avoid returning my money and giving me none sense excuses and I am still waiting for my refund day 3. I will report him the business bureau for dishonesty if he doesn’t take care of my funds that don’t belong to him. Please check your charges carefully when you go here☝️ Dishonest business☝️CUSTOMERS CHECK YOUR RECIPT CAREFULLY!!!
