On 8/4/25 my 9 yr daughter was hurt in the play structure. An incident report was made but no one has contacted me yesterday to follow-up. Unacceptable!

I would give a 0 if I can. Maybe it's my fault that I won't have time to check the back every single time. There is so much $ lost from this place because I've missed several items, got handed the wrong order or I get my order taken wrong. I honestly hate it here 😭

there is a lady there that shows a lot of attitude. the caucasian woman at the first window and the second window are very nice.
the african american lady who works the second window and doesnt handle money exchanges is the one. i agree with all the bad reviews. i have lost a lot of respect for the mcdonalds employees there and the one on manchester.

Late night choice for a quick Quarter Pounder. Waited a few minutes for it to be prepared, to order. Drive thru staff was friendly.

Always a place to stop for an egg mcmuffin and a coffee in the morning before heading to an appointment. The only downside is I also got an orange juice and it was a little watered down. Still drank it tho so it couldn't have been that bad. The service was great rolled up to the window swopped cash for food and was on my way within 2 minutes of arriving.

I ordered 2-4 piece chicken strip. 2 pieces were not cooked and I ordered large fries and it came in paper and so too much salt. The worse meal ever.

They got my order right and the order was fresh and hot. They also got through the drive through line quickly.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years. The service has usually been friendly and consistent, even during busy times. But yesterday was a truly disappointing experience.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets and a chocolate milk, plus a #2 combo with Dr Pepper. At the first window, I asked to switch the chocolate milk for a lemonade. I was told it would be taken care of at the next window.

When I got to the second window, the woman handing out food (her name was Maribel) gave me the chocolate milk anyway. I politely reminded her I had asked for lemonade. She immediately got irritated, told me it cost more, and that there was no way for her to make the change since she didn’t have a register. I explained that I had already been told at the first window it wasn’t a problem.

Instead of offering a solution, she got visibly upset and snapped at me. When I said I was fine with paying the difference or just switching my Dr Pepper for a lemonade, she snatched the Dr Pepper from my hand, poured it out right in front of me, and said “Don’t do that again.” Then she kept complaining about me to her coworkers while I was still there.

Not only was this humiliating, but it happened in front of my 7-year-old daughter, who later asked me why the “lady was being mean.” I ended up with no drink at all, no refund, and a really bad taste in my mouth—not from the food, but from the way I was treated.

I understand this job is stressful, but there’s no excuse for this kind of behavior. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t be made to feel like a burden just for asking for something simple. If McDonald’s is so concerned about a few cents’ difference in drink price, fine—I gave back the drink. But I also lost a lot of respect for how this location treats loyal customers.

I don’t understand how as employees you get payed 20$ an or even more and still can’t put everything in the order, weather it be a 80$ order or 15$ there’s always something missing and it doesn’t make sense, it’s clear they just hire and don’t train. clearly we don’t need to be paying fast food employees 20$ an hour if they can’t even do their job properly
