Some of the best gelato I've ever had, including in Italy. Great flavors, friendly staff, never busy. I could eat a cup of Milano Gelato every day!

Omar (co-owner) was very patient with me. I tried a few different flavors. They're so good it's really difficult to choose! He said I could have 2 flavors in the small. I chose popcorn and the butter pecan. Both are the bomb! The ambiance is nice. The place is clean. This is my ice cream/gelato favorite place!

Milano Gelato, A Delicious Treat! It was a cold night, yet we were craving something sweet. This was our first time going to Milano Gelato and it was fantastic. There is plenty of parking in the free parking garage by the building as well as out front (if available).Tons of options available as noted in my picture. We had a waffle cone gelato and shake (with Oreo). Both fantastic!We'll be back!

Delicious ice cream, very good flavors and nice variety. The server was nice enough to pack our ice cream for brief travel, and was very helpful in picking out the flavors we liked.The salted caramel and the lime were especially delicious!

5 star ambiance and 5 star gelato! The mother and son working were adorable and had great customer service. You can tell they are hard workers and care about what they do! And the gelato was so good!! I loved the consistency

Gelato spot around the downtown Concord area, stopped by here in the evening on a Thursday night, lots of people coming in and out. We wanted something sweet after dinner, I think I got the hazelnut and pistachio in a sugar cone, my brother got chocolate and cookie dough or something, they also have sorbets too. The gelato was good and they have many flavors. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. There is street parking and parking garage right next to it and they're open somewhat late. Service was great and the workers were friendly!

Being from Germany I was very excited to try their German spaghettieis! Of course I didn't expect it to be like the original in Germany but it was not even close to it. What made me more mad though was that I got something different than advertised. It says strawberry syrup and I clearly had cherry syrup. The picture shows ice cream smothered in the sauce and I barely had a small drizzle. They did tell me that they're out of the white chocolate which I said I am fine with but they should have warned me about that they also don't have the strawberry syrup cause I just clearly didn't get what I ordered...

We always go here after eating at Naan n Curry across the street to get rid of the spicy taste in our palette. We love all the gelato flavors which is made in house of organic milk, specially the ube, pistachio, cookies n cream, and banana. It's spacious and clean and the staff 's friendly. This is our go to place in concord to literally chill.

Gelato and Sorbetto are very very good and rate 5 stars. Dark chocolate and lime sorbetto uad intense flavor. Orange and raspberry were very good. Only took off one star was due to pricing being on the high side and the fact that there were only 3 tables to sit.
