The cookies are always delicious! When one of the cookies I ordered through DoorDash was out, they offered to replace it with another flavor, but in the end, they baked a fresh batch for me! Very kind and thoughtful! :)

I've loved Mrs. Fields cookies since I was a kid. While I do find them to be a bit expensive they're extremely delicious and definitely worth getting. I always have to get one if I'm at the mall

Very nice i rate the cookie i got 9/10. It tastes like a cookie predunked in what you like dunking cookies in. Actually tho cookies are good and a lot of odors are produced from the shop. ;) not gross ones, cookie smelling ones.

Mrs fields uses frozen remade cookie dough. I saw her putting them on the cookie sheet to bake. Something that should have been done in the back
