Thank you for the urgent order of cookies that was needed at the time. Had a hard time understanding on the phone so we had to go to the actual store. The cashier was ok, but I wanted to speak to the store manager. Everything turned out ok.I will recommend this store.Again I thank you for your service

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They have a way to order online and then have DoorDash deliver the item, I thought how great this was and was super excited. But it truly was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. The cookie cake was never delivered for the birthday party today. And the lady I spoke to at this store HUNG UP on me. I'm not sure whatever happened to customer service and the customer being right, but not only did my cookie cake not arrive, I was refused a refund, after DoorDash reimbursed this store, who I had paid. They asked for the cookie to be returned if I wanted a refund...the cookie I never received! I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and the lady told me that they don't work during the day. This was a very frustrating experience, to say the least. I will be sure to never buy anything from them and will discourage everyone I know to ever do business here.

I've loved Mrs. Fields cookies since I was a kid. While I do find them to be a bit expensive they're extremely delicious and definitely worth getting. I always have to get one if I'm at the mall

Very nice i rate the cookie i got 9/10. It tastes like a cookie predunked in what you like dunking cookies in. Actually tho cookies are good and a lot of odors are produced from the shop. ;) not gross ones, cookie smelling ones.

Mrs fields uses frozen remade cookie dough. I saw her putting them on the cookie sheet to bake. Something that should have been done in the back
