Food is really good, family owned, really good people, I was about to write a bad review but I came in a rush before our movie. So don't come in a rush as they can take a while before get your food, overall, it is delicious.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. The service is extremely rude and terrible - let alone, they told us they were closed an hour before the actual time and gave my wife and I dirty looks. It didn’t make sense to us since their doors were open for the public and they were both standing infront of the counter on their phones. We were expecting high quality service and food we got anything but that.

Came over here for dinner. Ordered spicy beef noodles but it came out like a bowl of chilli soup noodle. Didnt managed to get the initial photo before mixing it. Staff bring in, did not remake but just pour more beef soup in. Terrible experience. Pls do not patronise such terrible store. No food should be remake by adding more soup but remake the whole bowl. BoYCOTT

CASHIER STAFF LADY IS VERY RUDE AND IMPATIENT I WILL LET MANGEMENT OF PLAZA KNOW THEY HAVE A RESTAURANT WITH ALOT OF REVIEWS OF STAFF BEING RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL NO BODY SHOULD EVER FEEL LIKE THEY ARE UNWELCOME online says they close 9pm but went store they said close 8pm and wouldn’t let order the lady seem like she had attuide I’m not sure why they hire people that’s rude to their customers especially people that’s spending money that is so wrong honestly I would never want any other customers to experience what I did the lady had attuide and the way she looked like she was angry with me for no reason this was my first time and respect and customer service is top priority and they fail to do that the cashier was very rude to me this will needs to be brought to veranda mangement that they have clients working with attuide and rude to their customers make it to where people are not comfortable at all

I tried to get lunch at Mr. Pho in the Veranda, Concord, CA. The teenager behind the counter ignored me as I waited to order food. I could see her and another female employee in the kitchen talking. They made eye contact with me through the pass through window but continued to ignore me. So, I had to go get lunch at Ko-Cup (a much different experience). I will avoid Mr Pho in the future.
