I love the food. It's always delicious and perfectly cooked. I come from 40 miles away.

The tikka masala had no spice to it, I had to add the habenero sauce to give it some flavor. Rice was cooked well.
Chicken vindaloo was very spicy and the spice stayed with you, but that was the only flavor that came across.
Garlic naan was pretty bland. Seemed like the base dough needed more salt. We didn't like the cheese naan at all.
Veggie samosas were pretty good. The mint chutney was tasty, but the habenero sauce is where it's at.
However, they were bumping to some awesome music so the atmosphere was fun!

One of my top restaurants in the area. I drive all the way from Richmond to eat here.
Some must tries (in my opinion) that aren’t as commonly ordered. All pictured in my image:
- Chana Masala. I order this at every indian/pakistani restaurant I got to and it’s NEVER as good as Naan n Curry’s. They use super warm spices and less heavy on the tomato than most places. This is a dish I dream about, and honestly would be my last meal on earth.
- Karahi paneer - such a nice combination of tomato, bell pepper, spicy creamy sauce. Goes really well with naan
-Lamb Vindaloo - if you like hot and spicy dishes, this is your go-to. Their portion of lamb is nice and the potatoes are so tender.
- Tomato onion salad - a “must-order” with every meal.
The service is hit or miss. The owner is either VERY friendly or seemingly irritated depending on the day. He also loves to try to upsell items to everyone, which sometimes annoys me. However, I’ve learned to appreciate his charm and know that he is really passionate about running a tight ship in the kitchen. Him and his team members are incredibly hard-working and well organized.
ALSO - please please note that not every Naan n Curry restaurant should be weighted equally. The one in SF on Irving street sucks - like majorly sucks. I know there’s some other locations around the bay, but I’m almost certain each location is individually owned. The location on Salvio Street in Concord is the only location I eat at and I will always stand by it.

Food is delicious, my favorite spot for Indian food around. My favorite is the Chicken Tikka Misala. They stay very busy and the two men running the counter are always so nice.

Super busy at dinner times but the chicken tikka masala is amazing. Super delicious and filling. Best paired with the garlic naan imo.
Plain naan was underwhelming but the curry definitely carries.

Naan n Curry in Concord offers good food with great flavors, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. However, I feel the overall customer service still has room for improvement to make the experience truly outstanding.

I've searched high and low and this is the spot.
Anytime anywhere I have naan and curry this is my barometer.
No place like it in the bay💯
Awesome service, laid back communal seating.
Awesome location at todos santos park area.
Win win win... Must try.

My wife and I love this place. Whenever we are in Concord and want Naan and Curry this is the place we go to every time and they never disappoint. The chicken tikka masala is the best I’ve ever had. Whenever I eat it chicken tikka somewhere else, I always use Naan and Curry’s to compare to. The naan is so delicious, you can taste the Smokey flavor from the clay pot they use. Same goes with the tandoori fish. So delicious and that Smokey flavor is out of the world! Next time I go I’ll be trying the tandoori chicken. That is a must I try next time we go!
