The place was dirty. The customer service was horrid I stood there while the cashier was on their phone. Took my order and then walked off assuming I was paying with card. Made a face once he noticed I was paying cash. Gave me a the wrong order. Usually love these places but I had a horrible experience.

This lack of responsiveness left me frustrated and questioning the level of customer service provided by Nick The Greek. It is essential for a restaurant to be accessible, especially when customers have inquiries or need assistance.Upon finally placing an order, I was disheartened to discover that the quality of the food did not meet my expectations. The chicken I received was notably old, dry, and lacked any discernible flavor. It was evident that the dish had not been prepared with the care and attention to detail that one would expect from a reputable establishment. The disappointment was further compounded by the fact that I paid extra for certain items, only to receive a subpar product that did not justify the additional cost.This experience has left me questioning the overall value and integrity of Nick The Greek. Paying extra for items should result in an enhanced dining experience, not a letdown. I sincerely hope that [Restaurant Name] takes these concerns seriously and considers improvements in the areas of customer service, food quality, and overall value.As a customer who has previously enjoyed your offerings, it is disheartening to see a decline in the standards I once associated with Nick The Greek. Go to the Walnut Creek location or not at all. Terrible service at the Concord Veranda location. The restaurant was nearly empty. The workers could not be any more obvious they were annoyed and bothered that we came into the restaurant. We seemed to interrupt the two guys with funny from chatting, flirting, and doing anything but working. Needless to say the workers are extremely RUDE. They were slow, impatient, attitude, eye rolls, gasps, sighs, and overall rude. All of our items ordered were incorrect but they managed to be bold enough to ask for tips. We watched the same behavior with everyone that came in after us.For better Greek food go to Opa in Walnut Creek and Troy Martinez.

My classmates and I decided to come here for lunch. I'm not from the area so this was my first time. It's located in the Veranda shopping center. Very nice center with plenty of shopping and good eats. I love that there is an option for ordering ahead.I ordered the beef/lamb gyro bowl and it was delicious!I definitely would return again to try new things!

My friend I decided to try this place. I ordered the Greek salad, but I guess I didn't pay attention. It didn't have lettuce. I believe this is more traditional, but not a fan. My friend's burger was big, but more bread than meat and she said the garlic fries were more feta than garlic. Next time we will get the gyro instead.

Recently we had the most satisfying meal at this local Mediterranean fast food restaurant! The food was not only incredibly delicious but also made with fresh and high-quality ingredients. From mouthwatering wraps and bowls, every bite was a delight. What truly impressed me, though, was their outstanding customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the food they serve. The combination of excellent food and top-notch service makes this restaurant a must-visit for anyone craving fast but authentic Mediterranean cuisine.
The black haired skinny girl behind the counter on 10/16/23 2:30 pm was rude even after I tipped her....what a spoiled brat!

First time trying this place and I'll definitely come back. When ordering, the cashier was very nice and told us that the beef & lamb gyro was one of the popular dishes. So we got that and the greek fries to share. We dined in and the restaurant itself is very clean. We also got our food rather quickly. The food was very good! I'm excited to try more items on the menu!
