Did an online order for a salad but I don’t like tomatoes or avocado. I would usually just take the items off but the online order GIVES you an option to substitute the item for another item. Thought that was a cool idea so I substituted the tomatoes and avocado for hard boiled eggs. Was expecting three hard boiled eggs in my salad but only received 1. Don’t like the fact you guys give an option to substitute and don’t follow through. I mentioned it to corporate and they said they would talk to the manager and handle the situation. They sent me a free bowl coupon so I did it again and same result, only 1 egg. Don’t offer substitutions if you don’t follow through

Made a last minute choice for lunch. Not the best choice. I know its a Noodle place, but I ordered a Caesar Salad. It took 20 minutes to be delivered to my table. What arrived was some wilted lettuce, thawed chicken that looked and tasted the same as the croutons. Dry...soft...flavorless. It was a very windy day and the front door was blown open....after 12 minutes, I closed it. Never again.

My local location closes so I was excited to be in a city that had noodles and company as I love this place. The cashier seemed irritated with me. Maybe she just has RBF a smile would help. Big difference from the location that closed as the staff was just so friendly

Recently discovered this and become our go to place for decent food, good service and quick turnaround. Seems to have recently launched some new menu items which look quite good.
