We have been here many times, and have been satisfied with food quality and service, but today, the Service was not good.
Food quality ok.
Staff seemed annoyed that they had to work.
Not sure if they were new, but makes me not want to return.

“Wagyu Brisket” had absolutely zero marbling, looks like they bought it from Walmart or something, understaffed and no point in having that help button if no one comes for 5 minutes.

The meat and small plates selection is pretty good. The food just kept coming! The only complaint we have is it was SO COLD inside !! I thought it wouldn't be a problem since there were grills going throughout the restaurant, but it didn't even make a difference. As soon as we pulled our meat off the grill, the food got cold so fast and the oil started hardening. It was quite unappetizing. All our food was cold so we stopped eating. there was 2 patio heaters inside the restaurant too. We were eating with our coats on. Sounds like heating/cooling is an issue here.

10/10 experience. The service is quick and efficient. The food is delicious and worth every penny. We got the all you can eat option and loved it. I would recommend the Hawaiian bulgogi and the Beef short ribs! Will definitely be back

I've watched this place decline in quality over 3-4 years at this point. We have seen bugs and evidence of mice here now. The drip trays for the grease overflow onto the ground sometimes.
