This place is a hidden Gem, their shakes, ice cream and food is good! As a Mexican it's authentic and good! Of course you won't get top tier customer service we come here for the food and the taste that's why this place has been in business for a while. Also if you don't know what Rompope is and are going to comment based on your mistake and wanting them to pay for it don't come! I'm sure if they came to any store they wouldn't give a refund either!

I had an amazing experience at La Paleteria Guadalajara! The tortas are absolutely delicious, and my kids can't get enough of their ice cream. The aguas frescas are a delightful treat as well. What makes it even better is the exceptional customer service. A must-visit for anyone looking for scrumptious Mexican treats and great service!

I wish there would be a zero star option. Customer service here SUCKS... I got a rompope water and had no idea it contained dairy. I do not eat dairy so I asked the person to change it for something else once I learned it had milk which she kinda implied she was gonna do it... so she made me throw away my cup just to let me know I had to pay extra for a new one... WHAT!!?? This is unacceptable, food is bland for what you pay, service is awful, and the worst... the attitude of the cashier makes this place to be placed next to the TRASH can. PÉSIMO LUGAR Y PÉSIMAS EMPLEADAS. DO NOT COME HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND INSTEAD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!

Don’t ever get the Mangoneada! It is horrible, and it is actually not a Mangoneada, except for the little bits of mango that it has. But the taste of the rest of whatever it’s made of doesn’t taste like mango and it’s got a ton of chili. My wife and I were both disgusted by it and we threw them away as shortly after tasting them. If you want a good Mangoneada look for a “La Michoacana” those actually taste like mango and are delicious.
