I orrdered carryout online and put in an request for beef and broccoli as a separate entree. After dumping out the contents of the container, I only received broccoli. I would have appreciated some communication about them running low on a dish instead of finding this out at home.

We had an Uber eats order and not for the first time no teriyaki sauce on the chicken!!!! And no sweet and sour sauce for the spring rolls. Someone isn't doing a good job on quality control.

Every time I come to this place. There is never enough items prepared why is that? A restaurant should have food available instead of getting the scraps from the bottom of the bowl.

We literally just left there and the staff was so confused on the simplest order. We ordered 2 plates and they are just bad. One of the plates was supposed to have brown rice and somehow still ended up with fried rice in both. And the fried rice taste horrible!!! I’ve never had panda express with no taste to the fried rice. What is going on in the back kitchen.

Best Panda I've ever been to. It is always nice and clean, the staff works very hard and are always busy and the food is always tasting fresh and delicious. Fair prices too!
Servers were milling in the kitchen area talking to each other while we waited for someone to come around and take our orders. I came in later in the evening so the food is always so.. so.. never fresh.

Staff is always friendly and patient, usually a line but it moves quick, and if you have to wait for a specific dish to refill, it's only a minute or two wait. This is my favorite quick meal, and prices are reasonable compared to other options. It's easy to get it wrong, and plenty of other locations do, so it's nice to see how it should be, with this gem.

I had an interview at Panda Express on Ygnacio Valley Road in Concord, CA, today, and it was a very negative experience. I am 39 years old and have lived and worked in two countries. I worked at Burger King for four years and have extensive experience and knowledge about chain restaurants. I am also fluent in three languages. I arrived in the USA about a year ago. At the start of the interview, the Panda manager asked me, 'What did you do last year?' I answered that I studied English as a Second Language in college. He repeatedly asked me about what I did the rest of the year, pressing further even though a semester is only four months. I found this very rude. Does this manager have the right to question me so persistently? I received negative feedback. You must train your managers at this location better.
