Panera Bread

Ordered soup and sandwich to split /share. Soup was cold, menu was out of most options, fruit cup was frozen as in ice cubes, sandwich had more spring lettuce than BLT.
I dont recommend this location nor will I return.

Something has changed at this place, I don’t see any of old employees. The entire staff seems to be new and extremely slow. The manager seems to be off a little and doesn’t provide customer service. It took 15 min for them to prep food and I was the only one here.

This place is a hit or a miss because they add water to the broccoli cheddar soup it’s so runny and disgusting half of the time. Wouldn’t recommend this location after 10+ visits with no changing results.

my wife and I got a sandwich and a side each and a juice for our daughter and it was exactly $50 with tax. extremely mediocre food for that price first and last time going here. for $50 they don't even bring it to the table. staff was friendly at least.

Great place for a soup and sandwich. I have their sip club membership and swing by often for coffee. Highly recommended!!

Don't bother going to this Panera on a Sunday cuz there's no one at the front to take your order. One can only guess what they're doing in the back--playing dice, reading horoscopes, applying for a better job, who knows. I've brought this to their attention multiple times and nothing has changed. So now I'm putting them on blast. Kiss it.

Food was excellent and the staff was very patient and friendly. Lacey and Hannah were working the food counter and were very accommodating to a few questions I had. Really great experience and staff at this Panera in Clayton CA #606109 I believe. Thx

Disappointed there were no bread bowls but the cinnamon crunch is always so good

I love Panera Bread, the food was good but unfortunately the shop was very dirty, even the seats are very old hopefully the company will give a feedback for this nonprofessional Management!
