My favorite drink is TradCap. the barista who make the drink was the worst kind I had before. she put coffe and foam and when I told her to add some milk she said the it's no traditional cappuccino and said the order should have been something els. The way she acted and responded to my request was rude.

The service was very poor here I had to wait 30mins just for 2 coffees and for the I mocha I ordered they only filled it half way and when I asked why they gave it to me like this they said mocha is mainly foam all the lady did was add milk and gave me a bad attitude I will never come here again

Literally the FIST time I've ordered from them. One of the items I ordered was out of stock. Instead of calling me to ask if they can replace it with another food item or GIVING ME A REFUND FOR THE ITEM I DIDNT GET they sent the little paper sleeve that it would have come in with writing on it that said "sorry we are out of this item" and there's no way for me to make a complaint or file an issue on the app so the only way I can voice my frustration on yelp or by calling them and yelling at them. I'm lucky I was using a gift card from the holidays but if I paid my own hard earned money for that I would be just that much more pissed.

The last 2 times I’ve ordered a mobile order, Ive had to wait well beyond the time period that it was supposed to be ready. First time was 30 min beyond the time frame and this time just 6 min beyond the end of time frame …and it wasnt busy either time. Lattes are good but plan ahead and allow more time than they say if ordering on the mobile app.

I had an absolute fantastic experience at Pizza was top-notch the service was friendly and efficient and they cozy atmosphere made it the perfect spot to relax and get some work done I particularly love the rich aroma Brewers they offer it's evident that they have take their coffee seriously and it truly shows in the quality I'll definitely coming back for more caffeine feel delights five star rating for me

Has nothing to do with taste or quality of the coffee: The ONLY time I'd come to this Peets is if I was meeting a friend and time was of no concern. I have NEVER been able to come here and get out in under 10-15 minutes. And I order 15 min in ADVANCE! This is the poorest ran Peets I've ever been to. So much that ive converted to Starbucks. Prior to this Peets I'd would never get Starbucks but their selection is good enough and I wait ZERO minutes when I order ahead there. Shocked at how bad this particular Peets is tbh

I can count on this location to make my iced vanilla latte great. Donna and the other young lady with the bandana (sorry I don't know her name!) have really great customer service. I've had sweet conversations with Donna about her favorite Peets drink and other things. I like how she is always willing to have a genuine conversation. People like me who go to get coffee on a regular basis appreciate workers like her. The only thing that kind of is a downside is that there aren't much outlets so if you come here to work on some things make sure your devices are all charged up. Other than that, super thankful for this Peet's!
