A great Peet’s location. But please make it more obvious how you want customers to line up, it’s super confusing and causes angst amongst customers… staff seem oblivious, probably because they’re busy brewing delicious coffee.

If you like a nice and well made cappuccino this is the place to go.
This is a very nice spot to drop by while shopping in other stores nearby. The service is excellent and very quick, and the prices aren't too bad. It's also a nice spot to take a break with a beautiful patio with many plants and very nice seating. The indoor seating is also very nice. The view is a parking lot, which isn't the most aesthetic, but they make it work. Overall a great place to stop by if you're in the mood for a quick sweet treat or coffee.
Parking: It's right next to an incredibly large parking lot dedicated to the veranda. Some would say there's too much parking.
The vibes and service were good. The cappuccino was bad, it tasted like milk only.
