I love Peet's coffee but this location is totally garbage. 25 minutes for coffee, pumpkin bread, and a breakfast sandwich. Which, the breakfast sandwich, I never got and had to wait back in line and ask for refunds cuz it was ridiculous. After 25 minutes. I couldn't take it anymore. And it wasn't even that busy. Recommend going up the street to Todo Santa square and head to that Pete's. Small location but faster and better service.

Very poorly managed. Woman who waited on me (manager?) was rude both times I’ve been here and had problems. This time they were out of Major D beans do I could not buy them and get them ground. She just seemed to not care and bluntly said she’d refund me - no “I’m sorry” or rain check or anything. It was up to me to call and get back the partial points I’d used for the transaction. Not coming back here.

She, the server, repeatedly had her fingers in the cups and the pots she was using to serve drinks to customers. She also kept cleaning the countertop and some dishes, but never washed her hand prior to serving drinks to customers. It was not a hygienic service. Furthermore we ask for plates and utensils, and They claim they have no plates and no utensils to provide to cut the cakes we had ordered. The attitude was, “ why are you asking for these…..”
Pete's drip coffee is my go-to whenever I crave a reliable medium roast black coffee. It offers the perfect kick to start my day and provides great value for the price. With locations all over California, I always seek out this brand wherever I travel. The stores are consistently well-maintained and offer a familiar experience. This store offers a particularly nice experience because of its location and ease of access.
