Hello, My wife and I were at your Peet’s location yesterday in Concord on Salvio Street. Courtney was the rudest and most incompetent person we have ever encountered at a Peet’s coffee shop. First of all she made are drinks wrong three times. I suppose a hot medium mocha and a medium iced matcha was too much for her to comprehend. When we used the customers restroom, we were shocked by the filth and smell of urine. When we told Courtney that it was disgusting and needed to be cleaned, she got quite an attitude. As we were leaving, she muttered, don’t come back. I let her know that we would never patronize this Peet’s again.

Came in for my everyday sugar free vanilla late, with 2 extra shots, it took them 3 tries to make the drink right, and it took me about 40 minutes to get out, when it’s a simple cup of coffee that should be right and quick . Also the store smells really bad I had to wait outside because I couldn’t take the smell,

I was across the street at the plaza, checking out the event and went across the street to Peet’s to get a Iced Tea be prepared they don’t have any lemon wedges I asked for one and the girl behind the counter acted like they never carried any lemon wedges was pretty rude about it which is pretty stupid who doesn’t drink iced tea without Lemon for the amount of money they charge for drinks there they should carry lemon and be a bit more friendly
