Came in for my everyday sugar free vanilla late, with 2 extra shots, it took them 3 tries to make the drink right, and it took me about 40 minutes to get out, when it’s a simple cup of coffee that should be right and quick . Also the store smells really bad I had to wait outside because I couldn’t take the smell,

I was across the street at the plaza, checking out the event and went across the street to Peet’s to get a Iced Tea be prepared they don’t have any lemon wedges I asked for one and the girl behind the counter acted like they never carried any lemon wedges was pretty rude about it which is pretty stupid who doesn’t drink iced tea without Lemon for the amount of money they charge for drinks there they should carry lemon and be a bit more friendly

Peet’s will always be my go-to coffee, but this review is for the bearded barista who was working at 3pm today. A girl wanted to use the bathroom and the barista very politely told her she needed to purchase something. She threw a bit of a fit and 5 minutes after she left, her Karen mother came in complaining about her daughter. The barista handled himself and the situation with dignity, poise, and integrity in the face of an entitled woman causing a scene. Not sure when people decided to treat service staff so poorly (I might have fought her if someone spoke to me the way she was talking to him) - props to Peet’s for hiring such a cool-headed employee.
PS black ties are 10/10 always!

The barista made us decaf Americanos because, at the time, there was no drip decaf. I also had a cinnamon bun. It was a very enjoyable morning break.

It is awful, can you imagine? I have to bring my own table and chair in order to sit outside of this establishment. Elijah the manager would not provide seating outside. So much for a cafe experience. Don't ask me how my cafe experience was cause it sucks.

Honestly my coworker comes to work every morning talking about how she is treated at this particular Pete’s. She is a long time customer who buys iced coffee there every morning and they treat her like she is burden for asking for an extra cup of ice. I hear this every morning and it’s soooooo sad because my coworker is the sweetest most lovely person I have ever met. Not cool. Really disappointing that this is still happening to my dearest coworker and friend.
