Consistently terrible service! One time I ordered through the app for pick up and waited another 5/10min after I arrive, although I already arrived 5 min after my coffee was suppose to be done! I finally went to ask for my drink and it was just sitting off to the side, not on the online shelf! SUPER frustrating! Then, I come another time and asked for an americano and it tasted like coffee! Thatās ALL I drink, so I know they didnāt put espresso in my coffeeš” Thatās not what I paid for!!! Unfortunately we had already left and were too far away to come back!!!! Then I come in and asked for an americano with a large cup of ice! They gave me a medium cup of ice saying their medium cup is the largeš” SUPER frustrating!!! I was at Pleasant Hill the day before and they have LARGE cups! Frustrating to give a tip and the service is ABSOLUTE CRAP! Done with this place!

I came here to relax after a meeting and a little shopping. I ordered a cappucino and a pastry, and both were excellent. The staff were friendly and I found a quiet place to sit.

I want to thank to the manager of Peet's Coffee on treat Blvd. and Oak Grove, Shazzam, for his great enthusiasm, energy, great great sense of humor and kindness with customers, this is the first time for my wife and I be here and his attitude made our day, if there would be 5 more of he, it would be an awesome place to have a good coffee.

I'm really against posting bad reviews, yet I have given this place various opportunities to prove me wrong, specifically Tai. Every time she has taken my order, it has been with great sass and attitude, and with pressure to order fast. I have worked as a cashier for various years, and I know how it's like to work under pressure yet I have never let that affect my customer service skills.
