I want to thank to the manager of Peet's Coffee on treat Blvd. and Oak Grove, Shazzam, for his great enthusiasm, energy, great great sense of humor and kindness with customers, this is the first time for my wife and I be here and his attitude made our day, if there would be 5 more of he, it would be an awesome place to have a good coffee.

Every time she has taken my order, it has been with great sass and attitude, and with pressure to order fast. I have worked as a cashier for various years, and I know how it's like to work under pressure yet I have never let that affect my customer service skills.

On numerous occasions now I have observed and experienced disappointing behavior at this Peetās location due to the manager, Shazzam. His rude behavior and lack of customer service skills made my visit unpleasant. I felt unappreciated as a customer, and it's disheartening to see someone in a managerial position treat people so poorly. I hope the management addresses this issue for the sake of future customers.

This is in great location. But the big problem is that their internet is atrocious. I get speeds from .5 to 2 Mbps down. Itās a shame because I like Peetās and this location is so convenient but I canāt work here.Insult to injury, Astound ISP is right across from them. Ditch the scam thatās Comcast business and just go with Astound please!
