I had a too good to go order tonight. The mall closes earlier than the rest of the week and I think the employees forgot that. I said I was there and that it says 645-7 is the pickup window. They told me not until 730. I didn't really want to spend 45 minutes in a dirty food court but I sat down anyways bc I'm already here. I verify the time in the app counting away, 10 minutes left to pick it up. So I'm googling can I even pick it up after the window and the internet says it's up to the employees to decide. Then a mall employee is cleaning and putting the tables away so I didn't feel like I could even stay. Hopefully too good to go will refund me bc like a dummy I placed two orders. Now I have to go find something for dinner too. This was my first time trying this place and I was excited to give it a shot but I won't be back. Terrible service.

I love this place specifically in the mall, i cannot recommend enough! I get it every time I go to round 1 and the portons are CRAZY. For 2 entree and 2 side its like 20 bucks with a drink, and i cant finish it. Their rice is perfect as well and I love the kimchi. (Try the spicy bbq chicken get a piece of kimchi and top it with rice, and eat it all at once. So good!)
It is in a food court so it's very noisy and it can be hard to find clean tables on a busy day, but thats more of a mall thing rather than Plus 82.
Something that i didnt like too much is that on your bank statement it shows at BOBA N ME. Probably a parent and child company situation, but i was thoroughly confused till i thought about why that was on my statement. That is just financial stuff though and doesnt take away from the experience of the food.

We with friends all wasted our bucks on this Korean place this is not Korean food we usually love Korean food but this one toooooo sweet to be food it is not sweets or dessert, right it is food it is a dish why guys add up so much sugar in the food we couldn’t eat it we couldn’t enjoy it we gave up on in and out burgers for it on the way in and out is way better

Plus 82 Korean BBQ is conveniently located on the first floor of Sun Valley Mall, right in the food court, with plenty of free parking available. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The food was decent, though the sauces were a bit too sweet for my taste, and there weren’t many gluten-free options. Overall, a good spot for Korean BBQ if you’re in the area, especially if you value great service!
