This is a food truck, FYI. The philly sandwich I had was not the best thing, and also not the worst thing I've had. The bread to meat ratio was off by quite a bit as you can see in the photo. As a result, the cheez whiz (I'm assuming, because it honestly tasted a little bit more like nacho cheese sauce) overwhelmed the small amount of provolone that was in the sandwich.
