This was my first time I had boba and I loved it it was delicious I also ordered the garlic fries and were some of the best I had the place feels comfortable and service was fast I will return

This was my 4th time going to Purple Kow, recently. To start, prices aren't listed but that's not why the 1 star.Today they tried to con me into spending more money by charging me for 2 separate small wing orders, rather than the larger order of wings that I requested.Drinks were ready while waiting on wings. Boba was not fresh at all, very hard/chewy.When the wings were ready, the guys opened the wings looking at them before I could even get to the food I just paid for. He obviously saw they were the wrong flavor but tried to pass them off to me. I told him they were the wrong flavor & you could tell he was irritated that I didn't just take them. The cook came out & tried to act like I should take them. Finally the cook went to make the correct flavor.What should have been a 10 minute stop was then about 25 minutes, at least.Then driving down the road trying to enjoy the wings I've had many times before, that are normally really good, today they were just "meh" BUT then after we both ate 2 wings.... about a 2 inch grey hair in the middle of the wings!!! Yes, hair in the food.So tried to over charge, old hard Boba & hair in food. No thanks! Never going back there!

Solid boba spot. Been here twice already, and I’ll be back again (especially since the one in San Jose closed). If you’re a fan of creamier drinks or prefer to go caffeine-free, order any of their signature iced milk drinks. The boba is consistently chewy, and they offer a bunch of other toppings as well.Tried the toffee milk tea but the toffee didn’t really come through. It was far less creamy and watered down, even though it was ordered with less ice.

Too slow. I ordered 2 drinks , regular size. Took us 30 mins to receive the drinks. 4 adults came after us, and they started to complain about waited too long, so the staff made their drinks for them and made us (all high schoolers) wait for our drinks.

Great drinks they even have a dairy free oatmilk option for their milk teas. Boba can be a tad too chewy but that's hardly a downside to me.

One of our regular places to go to cuz we love boba drinks! Great flavors and selection, we have had several of the ice milk caramels, pistachio and matcha, yakult mango and peach teas, passion fruit and peach QQs, and fruit slush moo moos. All excellent. Staff is very kind as well.

First time here and my lychee slush was chunky and no lychee flavor all I rated was simple syrup. Our other drink Taro slush was the same poor quality.You have definitely left a BAD FIRST IMPRESSION on a new customer!You kind of ruined it for me. I’m 100% disappointed!

I've been here several times with my family and every time we have had a good experience. The food is fried to crispy perfection with our favorite drinks being the D3 and D6.

This place is a nice spot to have a drink and a snack. My kids love going to buy their drinks and noodles. The manager is very welcoming and friendly. The girls in the back helping are not very friendly. The place is clean and has a good vibe when chilling.
