Not all the groups that they promise go, if you buy the tickets at the place they resell them to you and there are not enough parking spaces you have to park in the nearby shopping centers?

This place is very much enjoyable,!The security staff is friendly when you come in they speak to you when something is not right and just walk alway. (no harassment like other local places.) The staff is really friendly wish they had tequila or vodka lol

Worse place to play pool. We called to ask if we can play pool and how late are they open I was told until 2 am. I asked them if there is restriction because on the weekend they have dance bar. I was told no restriction. We went to play pool and after few games we were told to leave the place or we will charge everyone $25 fee after 10 pm.The stuff does not speak English and their service is worse. ??

I will never give this place my business ever again. Go To Cue&Brew instead. rackem up billiards security are just as corrupt as the mexican police. I went in and bought a bucket of beer, security asked if I'm gonna be there for the event and they charged me $25 for the event... I drank my whole bucket of beer and there was still no event so i got bored and left, they refused to give me back my money when i asked for it since they charged me for an event that wasn't even there when I Ieft. Theyre a bunch of thieves and con artists. Don't ever come to this place.

If I can give no stars I would!!!! This place is transphobic & the security guard here laid hands on my transgender cousin! My transgender cousin had asked for toilet paper and one of the cooks asked "what do you need it for?" It doesn't matter what my cousin needs it for! That's very transphobic of them to even ask. We tried to bring this issue up with the owner "Miguel" and told us it was not his problem nor any of his concern!!! How are you running a business without taking care of your customers??? How are they even open still?? When my cousin felt like she was disrespected, conversation escalated and the security guard used excessive force on my cousin. Save your time & money, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TRANSPHOBIC BUSINESS!!!!!!

I called them up multiple times to ask what time they closed they kept hanging up in my face I asked if they had anyone who spoke English every time they hung up in my face so I still went and they treated me horribly as if I was unwanted they ignored me when I ask for a drink it took my friend that was Hispanic to take my order for them to even acknowledge me very disappointing

One of the worst bars I've been to. Asked if they had any mixed drinks, the woman working at the bar said no. Boyfriend payed $60 for a bottle of wine, we decided to not open it. We saw mixed drinks given out to people right next to us. When we left we were given the bottle of wine, but at the door were hassled about it- it was taken away with no money back. The security guards gave us problems on the way out, we were hassled about a tomato juice I had in hand, aggressive with a gang of 3 on 1. I was ganged up on and had the juice grabbed out of my hand. I was putting up no fight but was attacked regardless. We were stolen of so much money, treated like s**** and pressured on the way out. I will never return and recommend no friend to go here.
